KIRITSUKUBA Hatsu Shibori Mild Nigori Hon Nama
Kiri-Tsukuba" is one of Urasato Shuzoten's two signature sake brands introduced in the last issue.
This is the first pressing of the "Kiri-Tsukuba", and it is a light nigori honnagori sake. Compared to "Urasato Light Nigori", this one is more refreshing. It is less sweet than "Raifuku Moromi Sake. It has a more pleasant bitterness that cuts through quickly. I think I can recommend this to my friends who are into dry sake. Kiri-Tsukuba is gradually becoming more and more popular, and some local stores are sold out, making it difficult to purchase. Surprisingly, I was able to purchase it at a liquor store in the Uchihara Mito Aeon. It is extremely inexpensive at 1,200 yen for a four-pack, but the taste is even better than that.
