K(Left photo)
It has a juicy, sweet flavor that is typical of Koshi, but it has a light, refreshing aftertaste that is quickly felt at the entrance and then fleetingly disappears.
The taste is similar but contrasting, as Sakasai no Dawn was mellow.
The freshness of the freshly squeezed flavor is the most noticeable among the three.
4.00 K(middle photo)
The driest of the three, suitable as a mid-meal drink.
However, the sweetness also spreads and the crisp acidity is well balanced.
I had never heard of this brand before, but it is quite good!
4.25 K(Right photo)
Impressive milky acidity and aroma
Atmosphere like Bodhi yeast
It is light all the time, but the umami is the richest among the three types.
The alcohol is a little strong, and as the temperature rises, it becomes heavier.
3.75 KThe aroma gives a tremendous sweet and sour taste.
When you put it in your mouth, it is terribly juicy and super sweet!
I didn't know it was possible to make such a sake from Koshihikari rice...
The astringent taste at the end is also pleasant!
I never miss Kangiku!
5.00 もけけIt's been a long time since I've had a chrysanthemum. Recently, I've been pioneering, but I think Kangiku is just right for my taste.
It's juicy, with a sweet and savory taste of rice, and it's not too fussy, so you can drink it forever...
Well, it's as good as it sounds. かずきOpened October 17, 2023

I got hooked on Ryoseki, tasted it, and ended up buying it 🙄.
I was so hooked on Ryoseki that I just had to buy it 🙄 Just by approaching the sake cup, an onslaught of fruity aromas swept through my nostrils ❗️😍.
And then a storm of fierce sweetness ‼️
This body is a knockout 🤣.
Next up is Hanayu 🌸 かずきOpened October 1, 2023

Mmm, so good ‼️
Juice 🍹w
Too easy to drink...
I keep drinking it, it's too dangerous 😆.
No need for any snacks, just this ‼️
This honeyed, ginger-like atmosphere is a black moji.
Anyway, the brewery's intention is to consume more and more...

あねさん😍
Today is Sake Day 🍶.
How did you all spend it?
I went to my favorite liquor store because they had a 1001 yen paid tasting event.
I was allowed to stay there for about 40 minutes, 3 cups of sake 😅I bought a lot of sake because of that.
And here is what impressed me. It is a 100th anniversary sake made from 29% Yamada-Nishiki. It was supposed to be smooth and silky, but it had a strong umami flavor and was very drinkable. Easy to drink is the standard sake on the far left in the second picture 😊.
Today is Tenichi day again, but I forgot to go 🍜.
Now, let's talk about last night's 🀄️.
About to hit the regulation? I'm about to reach the "regulation batting average". Then I'm at the bottom of the list, but I finally got the first place last night. Thank you Choroki,⭐️, I'm so happy when I win, and it's so much fun. This is how you get hooked. ゆかちんWow! Ane, congrats on 1st place 🥳You are steadily improving your skills 💪Today was Tenichi day! My son says he didn't know - he wanted to go 😁 Sake tasting in the morning, great ‼️ マナチーGood evening, Ane... Congratulations on finally getting first place. ㊗️ I'm sure you'll enjoy the sticky rice as you get into it 🤣‼️ ちょろきAne.
Good evening 🌝.
Beian Daikoku has a delicious brand called Iizura✨.
Please drink it when you find it 😋.
I hope this will make you believe me about Mahjong.
I'm happy 🤣. takeshonHurry up and teach those intellectuals a lesson 🤣. あねさんGood evening, Yukachin.
I wonder if I can finally catch up 😅 after transferring and transferring to you all...,
I went 🍜 yesterday and got a free coupon, you can raffle it off for a month or so from today. あねさんGood evening, Mr. Manachie.
At this time I was playing betahori (mahjong, which I don't like 😆). I did a banzai in front of the camera 🤭. あねさんGood evening, Mr. Choroki 🌙
Iizura is a good drink while saying Iizura 😆.
Thank you for your hospitality 😊 can you believe me more than a romance scammer (who is) 😁. あねさんGood evening, takeshon: ⭐️
Who are these people who think they are intellectuals 🤔?
I don't think so, I think they are real intellectuals 😆. Yoshiki|生酛好き🌾Rice (Origin): 100% Dewanosato (Yamagata Prefecture)
Yeast: Wine yeast
Rice polishing ratio (%): 50
Alc(degree): 16.8 こしょうThis is Red Diamond.
That label design is insanely beautiful!
This one also has the freshness that only unfiltered, unpasteurized sake can provide.
The aroma and sweetness are like strawberries!
It's so easy to drink, you'd think it was low alcohol.
I personally recommend drinking it at a cooler temperature to feel the light sweetness😊. こしょうToday, I bought a bottle of Banjo Kotobuki at a liquor store on my way home from work.
It was my first time drinking Panjo Kotobuki, but it was also my first time drinking fizzy Kijyo-shu.
I was expecting it to be sweet, but it is not.
It has a mild alcohol content of 7 degrees.
The aroma, sweetness, and fizziness are gentle😊.
I think it goes well with tempura 🍤
It was my first time tasting it and it was a lot of firsts! タカノサケI drank this sake a while ago, but Eikohfuji is delicious, with a hint of rice. こしょうI saw that you guys posted a lot this week and couldn't resist opening a bottle!
Yes, it's Denshogiku!
I saw it on a liquor store's Instagram on my way home and bought it immediately!
Because when it's super limited, you have to buy it right away, right?
The aroma is gorgeous and sweet!
When you drink it, you get a tingling sensation and a sweet and sour taste!
It's really pineapple!
I paired it with tomato stewed chicken.
The sourness of the tomatoes does not overpower the flavor of the chicken.
Eririn said I should have bought pineapple, so I prepared pineapple too!
Drinking the Denshogiku and eating the pineapple
I was confused because it tastes the same (^_^;)
That's how pineapple-y it is!
Personally, this label reminds me of the album "Chandelier" by back number and makes me want to listen to back number lol こしょうToday, I opened a bottle of Fujinzo, which I bought along with Yaminari Shusui.
The label is really cool!
The name "Kazejin" comes from the wind god who controls the wind that blows from the sky.
The aroma is gorgeous and sweet!
When you drink it, the sweetness is just a little bit, and the rice flavor comes and goes quickly!
As the name suggests, I think you can feel the wind in the air.
Because it is a Daiginjo, it has a good aftertaste, and because it is unfiltered, it is made to make the most of the flavor of the rice.
Yum!
Before you know it, it's half gone... RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
