Aizu Otokoyama "Wa" 🍶 from the local Otokoyama Sake Brewery in Fukushima, Japan.
I drank this straight kumi around April and it was so delicious that I bought the medium kumi!
The aroma was soft, fresh, sweet and smelled of rice✨.
On the palate, the sweetness is lighter and more acidic than I expected 😳💕The lingering bitterness is crisp and the aftertaste is clean and refreshing 😍💕.
I wonder if it's more alcoholic than straight pumped?
It would go well with meats and other robust flavors ✨
I got it by itself yesterday offline, so I'll try it with food today 🥰.
