I was curious about the heated sake from Kaze no Mori, so I bought it 🍶. I was told that 30-45℃ is the appropriate temperature, so I enjoyed it by gradually raising the temperature from sun-heated to lukewarm, then to human skin heated 😌. I drank Bodai Hashiroshi cold in the summer, but this one was very easy to drink and tasted very good with a complex flavor without any habits. It was refreshing to see the schwash left in the lukewarm ✨.

New sake from the land of origin 🍶. I'm a self-proclaimed ubsner who's had about 16 bottles in the past year, and I think it's even more delicious and easier to drink with less bitterness in the aftertaste compared to 2023✨.

Usually I only upload the sake I buy, but the Kamizou served at SakeLabo was so delicious that I posted it here! It seems to be the oldest sake brewery in Japan, and the only distributor is in Kyoto 🤔.
