Today's HEAVEN is my favorite Hiran series. On a scorching hot day like today, I decided to have a refreshing drink. I decided to drink it on a scorching hot day like today. Alcohol content : 14%. Rice : 100% Yamadanishiki Process : Nama yeast, unfiltered, second fermentation in bottle When poured into a wine glass, it has a refreshing grapefruit-like aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a fizzing sensation in your mouth, and the refreshing aroma will spread further. The sweetness is restrained, but the crispness is also included, making it a good choice for a hot day.

Harukaze Junmai Ginjo Roku (Nama Shu) Rice polishing ratio 55 Rice Misato Nishiki Yeast: No.6 yeast The impact of the No. 6 yeast may be pulling you in, but the mouthfeel is fruity and the little bit of gas is very delicious. ☺️ And I think the lingering bitterness is also the taste of sake while feeling its sweetness! This sake is full of No. 6's gorgeousness and deliciousness, and it was a mistake to drink it on Sunday night (lol)!

Wakanami Junmai Ginjo Jushinmu Polishing ratio 55 Recommended by Sakebase. The fruity sweet attack makes it dry or bitter. It is also delicious. It has a green apple-like flavor and is refreshing, and goes well with any meal. At any rate, it is delicious. I would like to enjoy the change in taste after tomorrow, I think I'm going to finish it (laugh).

Today I drank my favorite Junmai Ginjo Star Label by Shihu for the first time: ☺️ When I poured it into the glass, it had a sweet muscat aroma. When you drink it, it has a slightly thick mouthfeel and a shwashy taste. It has a strong sweetness and umami. It was a bit bitter, but it was sweet and tasty all the way through. To say the least, it was juicy and had a great balance of acidity and umami.

Today I drank a slightly different series of Wakanami! For more details, please see the double sticker. You can answer the questions by peeling off the double stickers after drinking the wine. I could feel the fun of it! By the way, the mouthfeel was soft and the sweetness was mellow and rich, and even more, the slightly sour piquancy that I felt was great. ☺️ It was really delicious, including the aftertaste, so next time I would like to buy the regular Shiranami next time!

This is Matsuo Boast, a limited edition Chiba sake from our favorite Kangiku Meizou: ☺️ Like Asahitaka of Jyushiyo, Matsuo Jiman is a sake that the people of Chiba Prefecture can be proud of! Like Jyushiyo Asahitaka, it seems to be a limited edition sake made only in Chiba Prefecture. It has a sweet, shwashy, juicy, fruity taste, and the price is really reasonable.
