Exactly as I remember summer wines, fresh, light and very pleasantly easy to drink one in one gulp. Today, I had the pleasure of playing through Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding 2 with the wine, a game I'll probably never forget, a game that pierces my soul, highly recommended! I've had both the spring and summer wines for this one, Shinzo, and I'm very much looking forward to their fall and winter wines!

Look at the new Japanese phrase I learned: まいしゅうさけを飲みます! This is the richest tasting sake I've ever had, the store said it was a blend, not quite sure what that means, but there was a big difference in the flavor in the mouth and when I swallowed it! The first sip was refreshing at first, and then it was mellow and sweet. But when you eat the food and drink it again, there's almost no flavor. It's an amazing experience and I would recommend anyone who hasn't tried it before to give it a try! Incidentally this bottle is 430 RMB in China, which is about 8,500 yen!

At home today, I drank Xin Hua Feng, which has some beer flavor with lychee aroma, very refreshing and perfect for summer. Today I paired it with Chinese specialty snacks: wolfsbane potatoes and stinky tofu, but the steamed duck tongue at the end went best with it I think! Duck tongue is a specialty of Wenzhou, and it's a very tasty snack! Today while drinking sake I watched Heisei Civet Hop Seng, it was very nice to watch, human survival requires development, but human development if it leads to the destruction of the environment, it will also limit the development of human beings and the growth of happiness, is there really no way to have the best of both worlds? Incidentally, the bottle retails for 488 RMB in China, which is roughly 10,200 yen, how's that for a price?

The hash brown flavor was very prominent, not a balanced one, I took an empty sip first, it was very sour and sweet, not my favorite flavor. But today it was paired with a slightly spicy fish sauce with small seafood! The flavor of the sake was greatly enhanced, and it became very drinkable, so I finished it in one gulp! It was the first time I realized how much a meal can affect the taste of a sake. Incidentally, a bottle of sake costs 318 RMB in China, which is about 6,500 yen.

Very drinkable! Very drinkable! Very well balanced! This is the easiest to drink after the Tanaka 6-5 in my opinion! The flavors are very well balanced! Served with air fryer chicken thighs and drank it straight at home in one gulp. I recently saw that all the Apple phone photos are dated, and I'm considering keeping track of all the saké I've had in the past, but some of the flavors are just a little faded 😢😢 I don't know if I can accurately describe them.

I drank this bottle of Feiluan raw turbidity at home on my birthday weekend, it was very acidic, and I've usually had a lot of acidic ones, he still counts as the most acidic one, but it was very refreshing and easy to drink.
