Looks like it has been aged in cold storage.
Dry, clean, but mellow.
I don't like dry wine that much, but I thought it was delicious with mild alcohol taste.
Tonight's accompaniment is a bottle of this one. It is an all-Iwate sake. When the bottle is opened, it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma. In the mouth, it has an elegant sweetness and a crispness that flows smoothly. Delicious! The cabbage and mushroom stir-fry was served with the sweetness and bitterness of the cabbage, elevating the sake to an even more elegant level. I wonder if the vinegar-infused boiled komatsuna vegetables will bring out the bitterness of sake. The savory flavor of the grilled chicken sweetens the sake and goes well with it!
The savory flavor of the grilled chicken sweetens the sake and goes well with it! Potato salad style with okara is also good with sake. The abalone sashimi with soy sauce and liver is a gift from a friend. It's so good! It was a wonderful sake!
Today's drink of the day is opened here 💁.
It is Asakai Junmai Shinshu Nama-Nagara Sake from Iwate Prefecture.
The nose is fruity, and in the mouth it is like juicy, fresh apples with a delicious aftertaste that lingers.
It is so easy to drink that it is hard to believe that it is 18%.
It seems to be brewed with one of Morioka's three famous waters, Daijishinsui.
This is a repeat ☺️

This is my second sake from Asakai Co.
"Asakai Junmai Daiginjo Gin Ginga Brewing"
Purchased at Japan Meat Yoshioka store for 1,538 yen
The aroma is gorgeous, but not too much, with moderate sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo with good cost performance, and I liked the taste.
On the second day, the acidity receded slightly and the sweetness increased. The second day, the acidity receded slightly and the sweetness increased.
Not much scent.
Fresh and textured on the palate.
Soft and gentle sweetness.
The aroma of young sake is soft in the mouth.
The umami has a rough freshness and a sense of body.
A perfect food sake.
Taste level ☆3/5
Junmai Daiginjo JR East SL Galaxy ICHI-GO-CAN
Purchased at Morioka station. I didn't expect much from a cup of sake, but it was unexpectedly good!
It was a bit dry with a touch of sweetness, but it was refreshing and easy to drink!
