I got this bottle by paying tax to my hometown. The water used is called "Daiji Shimizu," and I was deeply moved by the thought of drinking it while buying croquettes at a supermarket called Kawatetsu and eating them there after visiting the graves since I was a child. The aroma is definitely daiginjo. The first sip, which I was expecting, took a turn from the moment it touched my tongue, and the deliciousness of this sake, its skillfulness, and the sweetness of the rice penetrated deep into my throat. The fruity flavor quickly blooms as it goes down the throat. The impression is that the sake has been carefully brewed, and as a result, the corners have been removed and the umami has remained. I did not dare to check how much the regular price is, but I have decided to pay my tax again this year.

Bought unsold discounted items, but it was a big mistake. I sometimes buy unsold cart goods from the basement of Shinjuku Yodobashi. It is less than a year old from the date of shipment, and it is in a cosmetic box in an air-conditioned store, so I think it looks good, but every time I buy it, it deteriorates badly. Maybe it is not a very good management situation.

I drank this sake with a sake tasting set during dinner at an inn on a trip. I forgot to write down the detailed information. Every year around this time I go on a hot spring trip with a group of like-minded friends; in 2017 we went to Amihari Onsen in Iwate Prefecture. In 2017, I decided to go with Junmai Ginjo sake. What kind of sake is served in the restaurant at the inn? I was very excited to see if there were any duplicates. That's why we have several types of sake with the date of drinking as 1/28/2017.
