Fresh sweetness with a stretch.
Slightly hard on the palate with a hard-edged impression 😎.

Sake rice is kulyanto🌾 (rice rice)
Thin, mildly sweet and gentle 😙.
I'm happy to be able to compare the Yamadanishiki with a rare rice 🥰.
Aroma is weak but perceptible. The acidity and sweetness are great, but there is a pungent aftertaste. The alcohol is strong and a little difficult to drink.

Slightly yellowish 🟡.
The aroma is a mixture of capsicum and iso! 🍍🍌.
The taste is also the same banana sweetness and slightly peculiar acidity! (Also a rather lactic acidity?).
The depth (richness) starts to appear in the middle (maybe because it's made with Omachi 🧐).
I haven't had a W in years!
