I wanted the nama-shu, but considering that I would be bringing it back from my trip, I bought the fire-brewed version!
When I drank it, it was juicy and very tasty, just like the nama-shu!
It was gorgeous, with just the right amount of sweetness and umami, and I guess you could say it had a lot of depth to it. I felt the depth and it was just delicious!
My daughter says, "This is the first time I've had sake where I could really taste the rice! I think it's similar to Higashi-Kaizakari from Koizumi Shuzo in Chiba Prefecture! On the second day, it smells like pineapple! I have a stupid tongue and a stupid nose. I have a stupid tongue and a stupid nose, and when my daughter said that to me, I thought, "Oh! I was convinced!
