When I purchased Sasu Masamune, I bought it because my favorite store was having a W fair!
I'm drawn to this visual ✨.
There were several varieties lined up, but I started with the royal road Yamadanishiki!
The specs are Junmai Daiginjo, but the fact that they don't call themselves that is very cool ✨.
First of all, the aroma is wonderful. What a gorgeous aroma! It draws you in!
When you put it in your mouth, it is fruity and mellow, and the aroma spreads, and the freshness is not half bad! Oh, is this fire-roasted?
It is so delicious!
After drinking, you will be soothed by the lingering aftertaste that lingers faintly rather than being sharp. This is also good!
A gem beyond my imagination. If I find it next time, I will repeat for sure. ☺️
Good morning, yoyoyo 😃.
Our first Gifu sake 🍶 was W's Aizan 😌.
We were also attracted by the cool look 😅but it's so good that you can easily enjoy it even though it's high in alcohol 😚.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby!
The aroma and the unctuousness of the drink really makes you think you'll finish it in no time if you're not careful ✨I think I'll keep the bottle instead of throwing it away 😆.
First time w.
This is my first time to drink sake from Gifu.
Refreshing apple-like aroma.
It has a fruity but robust impression.
There is a strong acidity, but at the end, there is also an exasperated taste of rice.
It is refreshing for an Omachi sake.
Although it is a summer sake, it is not too light and is perfect for a mid-meal drink!
It went well with fried food.
Pairing: Harumaki (shrimp and leaf fish cake, cabbage, grilled seaweed, tuna), komatsuna (komatsuna), salted konbu (seaweed)
I couldn't remember those first two sakes.
But this W was fruity sweet and delicious, as usual!
I remembered this one!
Silver and green glittering label
I had had it only once in the past!
Noe often has W in their store!

Far right.
I like the freshness of the muscat feeling.
I like this one too.
It is easy to drink even though it is a sake yeast yeast yeast.
It is light and easy to drink.
Second from right.
I thought it didn't look like melon.
It's because I don't eat melon.
It's delicious with just the right amount of astringency.
Maybe I'd like to try it with a little bit of athetes.
Second from the left (the one not seen through)
I can see the rice cake feeling! LOL!
I think I like this one a lot.
I can also feel the nutty texture.
Delicious!
Second from right.
The one on the left may have a stronger aroma of pears.
This one is also delicious. Fruity.
It is hard to believe that it tastes like rice, isn't it?
Yummmmmm.
