Low acidity, open peach aroma, richness and apricot bitterness. Zesty and dry after drinking. It is certainly in the opposite direction of Hourai. The labeling and the eccentricity of the decoration are novel including Hourai.

A special bottle as it has just finished a big job. When you open the bottle, it has a fresh and sweet aroma unique to nama-shu. It is irresistibly good! In the mouth, after the sweetness, it has a sharpness that makes you forget you've drunk it. It is delicious. I may be offended if I say this is a pure rice sake, but it has a delicate feel. The soaked snow greens and turnip leaves have a bitter taste that accentuates the sweetness of the sake. It's good too! After the salty bean sprout namul, it leaves a sour taste that goes down your throat, making you feel like you're eating fruit. I can't get enough of it! When paired with grilled horse mackerel with shiso leaves, it turns into a refreshing sake. It removes the smell of the fish, so you can drink and eat endlessly.
You can eat and drink it endlessly. You can enjoy the marriage forever!
