I was curious about the Koryu series.
Fresh, fruity and gorgeous 🌸
Mildness with a hint of a hint of a hint of a hint of a hint of a hint of a hint of a hint of a hint of a
Sweet and delicious acidity and gasiness with good sharpness.
Although brewing alcohol is added
It is easy to drink because the alcohol is not strong.
It's very tasty! And it's very cost-effective!
I'd like to try the other Shu, Gen, Midori, etc. 🤓.
More things to look forward to: ✨️
Thanks for the food!
Drinking bomb at Aizu Izakaya with acquaintances!
Surprisingly, the aroma does not stand up.
When you drink it, you will notice a slight greenish ash-like color,
It has a milky flavor that is typical of ogara-mi.
A little banana, pear, and beer.
It is much more acidic and tighter than expected.
The sweetness is moderate.
The mouthfeel has a little body.
Just right with the fat and milky feel of the meal.
(Best match for fried radish stew).
Taste level 3.5/5
Lightly cloudy.
It has an apple-like fruity aroma.
Slightly carbonated, sweet and sour, and easy to drink, which is hard to believe the alcohol content is 18.
Personally, I think it leaves a bitter aftertaste.
The cheese pasta was really delicious...but I regretted eating it 😅.
Why so delicious?
Why is it so cheap?
I am so impressed.
At 15 degrees Celsius, it is fresh,
It is fresh and has a slight carbonation.
It is delicious!
The aroma is refreshing, clean, citrusy and fruity 🍊
The juicy sweetness on the palate and the fresh acidity are a perfect match. ❗️
The mouth is filled with a satisfying sensation as the silky, gassy, and gassy taste of the oli also appears 🤤.
The dry sharpness from the mid-palate and the bitterness of the aftertaste accentuates the taste, and you will not get tired of drinking it at all. ❗️
2400 yen for this taste!
It's a great taste with my hat off 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤.
Although it is 18% nama sake, it is not heavy at all, probably due to the fact that it is aluzome, and is easy to drink with a clear melon-like sweetness and flavor reminiscent of hiragana takachiyos.
This is "Shiro", a.k.a. "Sake" under the brand name "Koryu", a new project of Takachiyo Sake Brewery in Niigata, the kingdom of "light and dry" sake.
This sake is a weaving draft version of "Koryu Shu (red)".
It is the orinama of the high-cost SAKE "Shu-han", so its price is the most expensive and the most perfect of the two, just like "Shu-han".
Originally, "Shu-han" itself seems to be a very limited distribution product, and it is supposed to be a fantastic sake that is rarely seen. I wonder if it is a very limited edition?
At the Sake Cost Sake Brewery
It was my first time to see this sake,
It was my first time to see this sake, but it was from Takachiyo Sake Brewery.
Delicious 💓 with a freshness like green apple.
Slightly sweet with good acidity
It was very easy to drink 😋.
