I don't usually buy alsobe, but I asked him to take it out from the back of the store. I tried it. The aroma is fresh and muscat-like, the mouthfeel is sweet, but the aftertaste is clean and crisp. 🙂↕️
Dry, clean, a little sweet.
I got a bit of what 👨🏽 ordered.
I love it! Delicious! My favorite!
We both said "Yum" the moment we drank it.
They said they would buy some more for home 🤭🤍.
The sweetness lingers and clings to the palate, but then just disappears...? I thought the sweetness felt azuki🫘 like lol I don't know if that's the right way to describe it 🤣.
Gentle sweetness and sourness with a bitter aftertaste and a hint of alcohol.
With only 13% alcohol by volume, it is light and easy to drink.
I have only tasted low-priced Takasami, but I have the impression that there are many spicy and easy-to-drink products in their lineup.
Before I knew it, I was on my 1200th check-in 🏁.
Fruity aroma 🎵
Plenty of flavor and just a hint of sweetness 😉.
Plump mouthfeel ✨
Sourness and bitterness can be felt later 😋.
Clean and refreshing aftertaste 😄
Good morning, dorankdoragon!
Congratulations on your 1200 check-in 🎉!
The most drunk sake from Niigata prefecture is the "Setsume-shu" (a kind of sake for the "Setsume") 😋.
It looks delicious and sweet 🎵.
Keep up the good work!
I bought the M version at a liquor store in Niigata last year and enjoyed it so much that I bought the nama-shu version as well. It has an aroma and flavor that can be enjoyed on its own, and is not like an inexpensive alsode regular sake. It is easy to drink. This time I bought a four-pack, but I recommend buying a one-pack because it is more expensive. A bottle of sake is less than 2,500 yen including tax. I wish more sake like this would be available.
1540 including tax
