Hiya, as it is delicious cold.
The mouthfeel is very soft and easy to drink, but not in a sweet way.
Keep it in the mouth and it is clean and unctuous.
But the aroma is strong and the aftertaste is pleasant
It was quite sweet, soft on the palate, and very easy to drink!
To be honest, I was caught off guard by the name.
If someone said, "Thank God," you'd be curious, wouldn't you!
It seems to be made by a brewery in Niseko, Hokkaido, which is part of the Hakkaisan family.
It was soft and sweet on the palate, but the aftertaste was refreshing without being cloying.
I wonder if the taste of the water suited my palate.
I ordered it hot... and while I was waiting, I got it cold.
It has a dry punch on the palate, but when heated up, it has a slightly gentler flavor. When served with a very strong flavorful side dish, it goes well with it while softening the strong flavor of the side dish.
The aroma is subdued.
The regular next to me recommended that I compare the aroma between a glass and a wide vessel, and the difference in aroma was amazing!
Cold
Quite fruity and sweet. If it weren't for the sake cup, it would probably go down a treat.
The assortment we ordered was very strong, so the sweet taste of the sake was a bit of a fight...but it went well with the light flavor of the meat.
