Takachidai Takagami Aoban 2023BY It's been a long time since I've had a sake with alcohol, and while all Takagusuku's are delicious, this Aoban is the first one in my house 🙌 They also released a four-pack bottle this season, which I'm very thankful for ☺️ Now, from the aroma, there is a fresh fruity aroma of muscat and lychee, and the mouthfeel has a pleasant balance of fruity sweetness and acidity 😊 It is very tasty with a softness and lightness that does not make you feel like it is alsodeye 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

Preference 85%. Color: Lightly cloudy. It looks yellowish in the bottle, but once it is in the glass, the yellowish color disappears. Aroma: Fresh and fresh aroma. Taste: After a moment of sweetness, you immediately feel the spiciness from the gas that is typical of nama sake. The alcohol content is a little high, so the spiciness lingers in the aftertaste.
