The third Akabane restaurant was named "Jukizo" which is different from before.
It is still a very small shop😅.
There is a wide variety of cup sake to choose from.
We first met at an izakaya in Takayama on our way home from skiing✨
I often drink Tenryo and Okuhida in Takayama, so I tried it to see what kind of sake it was...it was quite light!
The sweetness that lingers on the tongue at the end. I decided to have it with Houha Miso to see what it would be like.
The miso itself is sweet, so perhaps it was a synergistic effect, but the sweetness of the sake was very strong.
I guess you can say that local sake goes well with local cuisine!
Tonight, I'm going to poke the nabe and have a snow viewing sake.
This is the cup of sake for such occasions.
It is flavorful, smooth, and has a nice sharpness.
It's a delicious sake.
Sake bought at a sake tasting at a liquor store near my parents' house
Hidahomare 60% polished rice
Sake degree +20% alcohol by volume (20 degrees), super hard-core hiyaoroshi
Easy to drink.
Slightly alcoholic
After the umami taste just before swallowing
The dry aftertaste finishes it off.
The back of the bottle says it is recommended to drink on the rocks, but I can't help but drink it on the rocks.
but I can't help but drink it as it is.
Be careful not to drink too much!
Serve it with salty cod hot pot and sip it!
Osaka off-line meeting (2)
Next up was Kusudama-san ‼️, another first time drinker!
It was fruity and delicious 😋 and it has a good name, doesn't it🤗.
Now, on to the table next to us!
Sakeran-san who talks to us a lot and makes the place lively😄The seat change time was a dud 😆 but we were into Nobby's machine gun talk 😁.
The last neighbor was Yoohee-san!
Nothing special...I'm lying 🤣The story coming out of his relaxed way of speaking was interesting and we were both addicted to it😁.
After that, we changed seats and in front of us were Pon-chan and Uma Uma Uma 🤗.
Thank you very much for your kindness in accepting our request to join the off-line meeting and for your excellent arrangement of the venue with the organizer! Thank you very much 😌.
From the first time we met Pon-chan in front of the restaurant, we felt as if we were meeting an old friend!
Before the offline meeting started, the guy at the restaurant asked, "How many of you will be drinking draft 🍺?" I thought it was cool that he said, "No, we all drink sake 🍶" 😍.
Umaisan! I was impressed by the gap between the remote organizer and Xavier, who is very soft-spoken and good at talking 🤣.
To be continued
Jay & Nobby, sorry for repeating 😅
Actually, I was secretly thinking of drinking 🍺, but I was shattered when I heard the phrase "all are sake 🍶" 🤣 Actually, the Kansai Off-line Meeting is a fashion show for good people 🤫.
Mr. Jay & Mrs. Nobby
Good morning 🥰.
I can tell by your repot that you all have a good personality and that you had a good time 🥰.
Kusudama, I don't see Gifu sake very often 🤔.
Good morning, Koizo 😃.
It's hard to write about you all in short 😅I really can't describe how nice you all were 🤗.
Kusudama🎊 is a good name, isn't it? And it was so good 😋.
Jay & Nobby, hello to you too. The Kusudama naming is outstanding. And the explanation of the sake in the photo is easy to understand, so it's easy to get an image of the sake before drinking it. The party was really a great group of people.
Good morning, Pon 😃.
It's hard to convey in short sentences 😅.
I'm sorry, but it's hard to convey in a short sentence 😅! We decided from the beginning that this time it would be sake 🤗.
Jay & Nobby Good evening ⭐︎
Thank you for the introduction: ❗️
Yes, we had a lot of fun talking about it ⤴️
We talked about everything from drinking to our personal lives.
The time went by so fast 💨
