We first met at an izakaya in Takayama on our way home from skiing✨
I often drink Tenryo and Okuhida in Takayama, so I tried it to see what kind of sake it was...it was quite light!
The sweetness that lingers on the tongue at the end. I decided to have it with Houha Miso to see what it would be like.
The miso itself is sweet, so perhaps it was a synergistic effect, but the sweetness of the sake was very strong.
I guess you can say that local sake goes well with local cuisine!

Sakeran-san who talks to us a lot and makes the place lively😄The seat change time was a dud 😆 but we were into Nobby's machine gun talk 😁.
The last neighbor was Yoohee-san!
Nothing special...I'm lying 🤣The story coming out of his relaxed way of speaking was interesting and we were both addicted to it😁.
After that, we changed seats and in front of us were Pon-chan and Uma Uma Uma 🤗.

From the first time we met Pon-chan in front of the restaurant, we felt as if we were meeting an old friend!
Before the offline meeting started, the guy at the restaurant asked, "How many of you will be drinking draft 🍺?" I thought it was cool that he said, "No, we all drink sake 🍶" 😍.
Umaisan! I was impressed by the gap between the remote organizer and Xavier, who is very soft-spoken and good at talking 🤣.
