I visited Hirase Sake Brewery on 6/15 following yesterday and tasted and purchased this sake!
It is a commemorative sake for the 400th anniversary!
It is a clear, crisp, dry sake.
A little bit of umami of rice woven into the dryness!
I got the impression that this kind of taste lasted from the beginning to the end.
It is a sake that you can't stop drinking!
It was served chilled.
The image of the aroma that I felt...
-Aroma: A slight ginjo aroma.
-A hint of ginjo aroma in the nose.

Good morning, shinsaku3 & Pekho 😃So refreshingly dry and yakiniku! That sounds good 😋.
But you drive a lot 🚗 to visit sake breweries 🤗 but it's great to be healed by the sake you bought 🍶!

Good evening Jay & Nobby😃.
I've actually been racing off-road bikes as a hobby since my 20s, and I've taken up sake brewery touring along with it 😅.
It's a lot more fun and enjoyable: ❣️
