Overall 4 (out of 10) I visited Hirase Sake Brewery on 6/15 and purchased this sake! At the beginning, the taste is alcoholic with a slight umami of rice. The final impression is of astringency and bitterness. It was served chilled. The aroma I perceived was as follows  -Aroma: Aroma of alcohol and a little bit of ginjo aroma  -Aroma: Aroma of alcohol and a little bit of ginjo aroma. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum)  -Spiciness: 4 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste  -Sweetness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste  -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste  -Bitterness: 2 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste  -Astringency: 2 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste  -Rice flavor: 1 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0 Mouthfeel I felt】→ 1 Smaller number = light and smooth Bigger number = thicker and richer (5 is the maximum)

The 400th anniversary sake we tasted at this brewery was so delicious that we bought a four-pack! I would like to drink it well chilled when I get home!

Good evening, shinsaku3 and Pekho🌛. Kusudama" has many signs posted along Route 158, which runs through Takayama City. It is a classic image typical of Takayama sake, but it seems to have particularly strong characteristics!
