I visited Hirase Sake Brewery on 6/15 and purchased this sake!
At the beginning, the taste is alcoholic with a slight umami of rice.
The final impression is of astringency and bitterness.
It was served chilled.
The aroma I perceived was as follows
-Aroma: Aroma of alcohol and a little bit of ginjo aroma
-Aroma: Aroma of alcohol and a little bit of ginjo aroma.
Taste sensation
The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum)
-Spiciness: 4 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste
-Sweetness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste
-Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste
-Bitterness: 2 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste
-Astringency: 2 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste
-Rice flavor: 1 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0
