The third restaurant is Hirase Sake Brewery of "Kusudama".
This place is a little far from the old streets. You can see the chimney in the back, but the site looks spacious. The store inside is only for sake tasting and sales, so it is only for customers who are looking for sake.

Well, it has a mild taste and goes down softly and smoothly. It is delicious.
It's amazing that it has been in business for 400 years, isn't it?
It has a robust flavor, but the taste is full, round, and deep. Not too much fragrance, but it has a nice sharpness to it. Delicious, highly recommended.
Purchase after tasting at the sake brewery. The tasting was a super deal at 500 yen for a cup of each of about 25 different types of sake.
Among about 10 different kinds of sake, including daiginjo, sake with flower yeast, yamahai, and sake with added alcohol, the first sake I tasted was the most delicious.
The richness, bitterness, candy-like sweetness, and freshness of the unpasteurized sake combined to make it delicious.
The aroma spreads gorgeously. After drinking, the astringent taste spreads a little, and the mouth is reset. It is good to drink without getting tired of it. Delicious, highly recommended.

Hokuriku trip 🚃souvenir sake 🍶The sake tasting at the Hida Takayama brewery was practically all you could drink 😅I bought this one out of the many I received. It is light and easy to drink. Sourness and a little dryness that only a sake brewed from a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast can achieve. The balance only a honjozo can provide 👍Tried it with fried aji (horse mackerel) 🐟 and aji no namenroi (horse mackerel) 😋.

A small welcome party for new and mid-career employees at a Chinese restaurant 🍻.
After drinking beer and Shaoxing wine, the meal was over and the party was in full swing.
