Hiyoroshi is a natural sake with a frog label.
A clean, sweet aroma of rice. The acidity is impressive, typical of a sake yeast yeast yeast, and the sweetness is subdued. The lingering umami flavor is sufficient and reminds one of long autumn nights.
Enjoy it slowly with food.

It was a bit early in the day, and we had plans for the rest of the day, so we had the second last drink.
Actually, I had the "Odayaka Namaishuku Junmai Ginjo Cold Oroshi" from Niida Honke, which brews Niida Zenshu, which I had not had yet.
As the name suggests, the aroma was calm and refreshing, with a gentle ginjo aroma.
The taste is soft and smooth.
It was served well chilled, but it had a clear, transparent taste with a hint of acidity and a milky, clear flavor, so it seemed like it would be good warmed up.
I would like to drink it at room temperature or warmed.
After the Dairy and Yeast Factory, Yoohee told us he was going to visit Sumino Sake Brewery, so we went along with him 😄.
Yuehee's stocking at Sumino was dynamic and very interesting 😁.
After that, we expected it to rain, and since we didn't bring an umbrella, we had to end the party before it started pouring.
Talking with sake friends and looking in on their stocking is still a lot of fun 😄.
We had a lot going on during the trip, but it was nice to talk a lot!
