Complex and peculiar with a gassy taste. It has a natural aroma like rice. It is a wine that can be liked or disliked, but those who are into it can really get into it.
Alcohol content: 15

It has a crisp acidity and a gaseous taste. The aroma and flavor are reminiscent of muscat and rumminess.
Easy-drinking sake with no unpleasant taste.
Good morning, Muro-san 😃I know how you feel. I always buy one-cup cups, and I have a lot of one-cups that I can't get rid of 😅I have a family of how many people, and the number of cups for brushing teeth keeps increasing 🤣.
Hi Muro, sorry to bother you here too💦🙏🙏.
I'll buy this one as soon as I see it 😻 Just looking at the cup makes me calm 😌and it's Jungin no Namahashi! These specs are great even for a cup ✨
Good evening, Pon-chan!
It's good 😁It looks good, but it's also very tasty inside 🤔I wonder if it's only available in Fukushima ❣️
I wish you could drink it too 💖.
I drank it at Craft Sake Week, a.k.a. Oda Ping 😊I thought it was juicy, fresh, and surprisingly sweet, so I thought it could be a good sake during dinner ✨I personally preferred the Melon because of the acidity, but it is a very good sake 🍶.
The initial aroma is a little tangy. When you drink it, the slightly spicy and gentle acidity spreads and it quickly becomes sharp. The overtone aroma is fruity. It has a somewhat robust flavor, and is good both on its own and with food. It is delicious. I drank it in no time. It might be better to chill it well. It goes well with ito-shirume seaweed.
My favorite!

I accidentally shook the supernatant well before drinking it, so I tasted the supernatant on the second day... 😅
The top clear has a stronger sourness and bitterness and a strong alcohol taste, but if you shake it well before drinking, the sweetness and umami become stronger and the taste becomes more rounded. It has a refreshing aftertaste with a strong sense of gas, acidity, and bitterness. It seems to go well with spicy food. Thank you for the treat. ☺️
To commemorate Fukushima Prefecture's return to first place in the 2024 National New Sake Competition with 16 gold medals, tied with Hyogo Prefecture, we opened a bottle of Niida Honke's "Odayaka Omachi Namagashi".
The fruity sweetness, moderate acidity, and slight effervescence combine to make a refreshing sake that will suit the coming summer.
After coming home after working in the heat during the day, drinking this sake will be even more enjoyable!
