Niida Shizen Shizen Odayaka Junmai Ginjo Cold Oroshi. It has a moderate melon-like aroma. Smooth texture, thick but not too strong acidity, deep umami, and sweetness that softly follows. From the mid-palate, the moderate acidity of the sake's sake yeast is also noticeable, along with a hint of bitterness and complexity. In general, the taste is relatively smooth, and the umami of the rice can be felt beautifully, making it delicious.
On the way back from a legal trip home, the second round of Odayaka on Shinkansen Nasuno. Purchased at the souvenir area "Jizake no Mori" on the first floor of Koriyama Station. It is a deliciously sweet and refreshing sake made from the oldest sake yeast. The usual frog in the shape of a milk bottle. Come to think of it, my eldest son was so surprised by the frog that he almost fell over in the open-air bath in the early morning.
I had been wanting to try some sake from the Niida family for some time, and the refreshing 🐸 label. I had no choice but to buy it.
It was full of the freshness of summer sake. This is delicious without any price tag.
Light Nigori, Nama-zake with a mild label. The embarrassed frog is cute.
Strong carbonation and a faint sweet aroma of raw rice. It tastes like Calpis soda combined with a full-bodied sweetness. It does not linger too long, so you can drink it neatly.
It is just right for a hot and humid day.
A slightly carbonated cup with a melon aroma.
It has the deep umami of a sake yeast yeast yeast, but also has the refreshing sharpness and acidity of summer sake.
