When you want to enjoy the local delicacies on a business trip to Koriyama, the best thing to do is to go on your own (although I think a lot of people enjoy it, too). The first stop is a nearby yakitori restaurant for a quick look around. After quenching my thirst with a beer, I chose a Koriyama sake. As the name and word of mouth says, it is mild, clean, and dry. The aroma was almost imperceptible. Maybe a different container or temperature would give a different impression. It was great with the set of river fish tempura ✨and of course with the yakitori.

Second drink at the farewell party This place only carries Japanese sake from Fukushima Prefecture... After carefully examining it in front of the cellar, I chose... I knew it! This is the second time for the black label. This is the second time for the black label. It's sweeter and has a nice acidity to it than the one we just saw 😋 Some sake beginners were also in attendance, so we were able to taste several different types of sake. At a farewell party for the head of the manufacturer's service department It wasn't on the menu list, but it was in the cellar, so I ordered it. It's my first time in the sake brewing business and Kame-no-o. I can't drink in a restaurant or at a farewell party while commenting on it! He was very different from the usual Mao. I remember him being a bit dry...

Good evening... It was the first one this year, if I remember correctly. Holy shit, I'm going to open a bottle tomorrow, too.

Good evening, etorannzyu. It was the first time for me to drink the Ozasa from the sake brewing process. The direction was different from the ones I've drunk before.

Good evening, Sakagou-san. This place is near Koriyama station. Aizu horse sashimi, Aizu soba noodles, Kawamata shamo (pike), and Fukushima sake are sold here. It's a bit pricey, but... There's also a place across the street that serves curry soba noodles! You must!

Now? Next time you're in the market, try the squid wata and miso dish. It's delicious. I'll drop a line to the owner.

Thanks to Goni Goh, we got to have that example drink! A big thank you. Thank you. Since I didn't see your comment until after I left the store, I'll save the squid wattles for next time!
