Sake I was going to try once
I stocked up in the basement of Ikebukuro Tobu
The aroma is all acidity.
When I put it in my mouth, imagining the sourness
It was surprisingly soft!
The sweetness and acidity are mixed together, which is out of the ordinary nowadays.
It's a mixture of sweetness and acidity.
At worst, it's a bit cheap.
I started it cold and would like to shake it up to warm it up
Looks like it'd be a good sake to crack open.
This is a check-in from a visit 3 years ago to a sake brewery located closest to the 🌊Sea and famous for its Ine Mangaka sake brewed by a female brewer😃We stopped by when we went for a drive to Ine town. Ine Mankai is very popular and not often seen at sake breweries, but you can find it at nearby roadside stations and recently at liquor stores in town. I heard that they have a draft of this sake, but I haven't seen it in the market and would love to try it 😆.
Label: 🏷️
Not too difficult to make 😍.
Soaking it in hot water made it easier to peel off 😍
Where to buy
Roadside Station - Ine, Funaya no Sato (Restaurant Aburaya)
Good evening, Jay & Nobby! Ine is a small fishing port, but it's a great place to spend some time 😃Accommodations in a renovated boathouse are popular, and on weekends you can enjoy fishing in the fishing port or take a cruise boat around the area.
