Well, how is the taste...? It's been a long time since I drank muddled sake, so I had a strange feeling at the first sip, but the sweetness came, and I thought it was characteristic to change to sourness soon.
I drank it up with some sea bream stew and enjoyed it.

Furoisen is a Yamahai, while Soma no Tengu from the same brewery is a fast brewer. It is made using the wooden vat balance pressing method, which gives the impression of careful craftsmanship. It is a softer version of Furoisen Yamahai with the same specifications. It is a very tasty sake when paired with a meal. (Although I also love the rich taste of Yamahai 😀)
