Lightly cloudy sake.
It has a fruity sweet aroma, but the taste is umami and dry.

It is easy to drink with a little gasiness.
Soma no Tengu Junmai Ginjo Mild Nigori
There is almost no nigori, and the aroma is fruity and thick with lactic acid bacteria.
It has a slightly spicy taste, but the light nigori gives it a fruity flavor. It is bitter and spicy, but has little acidity, which I personally prefer.
I think this aroma is unique, and it is different for each person's taste.
The nigori is also spicier and tastes more delicious.
Pair it with hot soba noodles.
Cold sake gives the impression of a solid sake, but warmed sake is softer! It envelopes the stimulation of the hot sauce.
I received this from a friend.
Fresh and gorgeous ginjo aroma like pineapple.
Gentle sweetness of the rice followed by a full, concentrated, and robust umami✨✨.
Frankly delicious!!!
The aftertaste is also thirst-quenching and spicy and well-balanced ◎
I thought it would be perfect for dishes with sauce or fried food!
🍶🍶🍶🍶
It's as good as ever.
The light taste is followed by a strong and thick taste.
The strong bitterness is also pleasant.
I am happy that I can easily buy it near my office.
Furoisen is a Yamahai, while Soma no Tengu from the same brewery is a fast brewer. It is made using the wooden vat balance pressing method, which gives the impression of careful craftsmanship. It is a softer version of Furoisen Yamahai with the same specifications. It is a very tasty sake when paired with a meal. (Although I also love the rich taste of Yamahai 😀)
