Today I am a tengu in Soma.
I went back to Shiga and camped at Makino Kogen.
So, it's sake from Takashima.
Actually, there is a rumor that I had prepared camp sake in advance, but I forgot it at home, so it turned out to be a small bottle of Soma no Tengu.
But it was thanks to the small bottle that I was able to take a nice picture ^ ^.
Aroma of sweet and savory rice.
Slightly milky mouthfeel.
The rich sweet flavor with a hint of milkyness flows through the mouth, and the acidity and bitterness in the second half give it a nice sharpness.
It has been a long time since I've tasted a Tengu, but it's still very drinkable and delicious.
When camping on Takashima Island, I have been saying for a while that I would buy some eel from the local market and have eel bowl! I had been saying this for a long time, and it finally came true.
It was a little early on the day of the Ox.
I'm going to roast it over a charcoal fire,
Outdoor eel bowl and tengu (a kind of fish) are the best!
