Softly sweet with a dry aftertaste. The focus is a little blurry but it's mild ☺️ and can be paired with a variety of foods. I had it with squid geso sashimi🦑😋.

There is almost no nigori, and the aroma is fruity and thick with lactic acid bacteria.
It has a slightly spicy taste, but the light nigori gives it a fruity flavor. It is bitter and spicy, but has little acidity, which I personally prefer.
