Ordered after the taxi driver. Also raw sake. It's called "Soma no Tengu". It is not possible to read it if it notices the frigana of the label. I'm sorry. It's as difficult to read as Kireuriwari in Osaka. Well, how is the taste...? I bought another one... It's really delicious. According to the sake shop, there are only about three in the whole country that use the time-consuming method called "Tenbin Shibori" to make it. The smell of the wooden barrel and the strong flavor are indescribable. I've become a big fan... It's the best.

Slightly yellow in appearance. Cloudy white when mixed with the lees (of course!). A little green apple, then a hint of wood. There is also a slight milkiness. So the complex flavor and woody aroma was very pleasant😊. And when the temperature was around room temperature? And when the temperature was around room temperature, the rice flavor was amazing and it was so good that I smiled every time I drank it🤣. The best thing about this product is the fact that it can be used as an appetizer and a drink.

Oishi! Rich flavor, aroma of rice. Surprisingly sweet. It has a classic flavor, but it doesn't have the aroma of sake, so it's easy to drink. I wonder how it would taste lukewarm? I've always been curious about it and wanted to try it sometime, but I'm glad it's better than I imagined (^^)

I bought this bottle at the liquor store where I buy Furozumi, because I have never seen this brand before. I bought it and opened a bottle. I found out after I bought it. It is the same brewery as Furozumi. First of all, the aroma of the wooden barrel is very good. It is very refreshing. And it's mellow. In addition, it's lightly nigori, so it has a strong flavor! Perfect... I don't know if this is famous, but... I like it a lot.

First time I drank soma Tengu ODODARI. It was a sweet and delicious sake, but I was pretty drunk at this point, so I don't remember too accurately🤣 But the combination with the meat dish that we ate together (is it called "marriage"?) Mmm, delicious but sweet! It's hard to make it as a food sake! I think it would be different if it had a little more fizz... It's sad that it's listed as fizzy but it's not at all.

This is a bottle from Uehara Shuzo in Shiga Prefecture, which is famous for Furozumi. I had already opened a bottle of Genmai, so I chose a different type. It doesn't have much of a rising aroma. In the mouth, sweetness, umami, and acidity are well integrated. The mouthfeel is very good despite the richness. The aftertaste has a cocoa-like flavor and a slight bitterness. I thought I'd try a different type, but it's very similar to Genmai. This is a surprise! When we compare them alternately, Genmai has more gorgeous aroma at the beginning and sharpness at the end. The soma no Tengu has a lesser aroma at the beginning, but it has a fullness and richness in the mouth. The aftertaste is a little long. However, I felt it to be a faint difference of the degree understood when I compared it alternately. If it is an example T-BOLAN's "SHAKE IT" and Primal Scream's "ROCKS". of Primal Scream. Uehara Shuzo, the brewery behind Furozumi, also did a good job of heating it up to give it more depth! 90 points for preference

This sake is from Takashima City in Shiga Prefecture. The sake I drank the other day, Tengu Mai Nama Genshu, was so good that I asked the liquor store where I bought it to choose the next sake for me. At the first sip, the flavor spread quickly in my mouth, and after a slight bitterness, it disappeared quickly. Oh, sake is really good!
