The plum wine, made with 100% Koshi-no-Ume from Yahiko Village, was sweet, gorgeous, and delicious with the aroma of plums in full bloom. We enjoyed it on the rocks. I'm sorry to say that the sweetness of the sake alone is too much, so I'm drinking "Tsukihi" sake, a collaboration between Hibi Shuzo and Space Brothers, which I opened last time around the time of this year's moon viewing, in the middle of the night for the first time in a while. It was easier to drink than the last time, and I felt a strong sweetness, which for some reason made me want to eat unbaked bread, so I started drinking it with unbaked bread as a snack. Today's accompanying movie is Jarmusch's "Limits of Control".

This is the second collaboration between a famous sake brewery and the Space Brothers' tsukimi sake! I applied again this year and won two bottles! Yay, I can drink them without any worries: ❤︎ While last year's Niimasa was quite sweet and sparkling, this year's is also sparkling, but the sparkling itself is loose and fine, and the taste is quite clean and dry. For my personal taste, it may be a little short. But I like the fact that the aftertaste is not spicy at all, and that I can feel the sweetness of the rice and a pleasant tingling sensation the moment I put it in my mouth. I drank the previous Niimasa Collaboration chilled like a dessert wine (although it is not that sweet), but this one is so refreshing that it tastes like water with a flavor! The enclosed paper says, "Enjoy the taste that changes with the temperature in a wide-mouthed glass," so I'm drinking it in a whiskey glass. I want to get a big, stylish sake cup. Last year I drank while watching Billy Wilder's "Hey, Kiss Me" and this year it's "Pretty in Pink"! Oh this is so much fun! If you do it again next year, I'd like to apply! Please team me up with a good place 🙏.

My sister, who is close to me in taste and who I drank Shinsei with before and was very impressed with its taste, recommended it to me. I drank it at room temperature on the recommendation of the store staff. It is also easy to drink with a refreshing taste and a slight sweetness of rice!

Sake that is easy to drink with a refreshing taste and sweetness of rice. It was recommended to me when I mentioned that I liked Niimasa type sake. It was indeed that type of sake and delicious! I tried it both warmed and cold. I tried it both warmed and chilled. The aroma was more spread out and it was nice on a cold day, but I didn't like the spiciness of the alcohol, and I realized that I prefer to drink it cold.

At first glance, the texture is sweet and light on the tongue, but the feeling that spreads in the mouth is surprisingly spicy and thick. Perhaps because of this drop, I want a sweet snack, so I drink it while eating corn pottage-flavored rice crackers. Every time I bring the drink to my mouth, somehow my eyes hurt from the irritation in the air. LOL I wonder if this is the alcohol in the air soaking my eyes? Man, the alcohol stains my tired eyes after a long day at work. LOL!

The original no.6 series created by Shinmasa Sake Brewery in collaboration with Space Brothers, which I didn't expect! Even though the application period was short, the magnification was already 3 times in the middle of the day, and I thought it would be impossible because I'm a non-fan club member, but I won the lottery for the one with a glass! 😭✨ It was a sparkling wine! It sounded super nice when I opened it and smelled good of rice. The taste is alive with the sweetness of the rice, and it is also imbued with the aroma of wood. It is an easy to drink and what a delicious sake, with a fine fizz that is stimulating the moment you put it in your mouth, but the sweetness and fresh flavor of the rice spreads in your mouth and leaves a clean aftertaste! It is a sake to be enjoyed as an accompaniment to tsukimi saké at night or while watching a movie after taking a bath, rather than during dinner! Since it was sweet enough, I just chomped down on some peanuts with the skin on, which were almost roasted without any additional saltiness, as a snack. After the kids went to bed, I watched Billy Wilder's "Hey! Kiss me!" and drinking happily and pleasantly from the Mutta glass I won: ❤️

This is the sake that got me hooked on sake. It is easy to drink and refreshing, and was my favorite of the three Shiga sakes I compared, along with "Biwa no Chouju" and "Kirakucho".

Shinsei p-lab series. It has a woody aroma and tastes soft and refreshing. It was my favorite among the three types of Shinsei in the middle class of the three types of Shinsei drinking comparison set.
