I had never had a drink before! And,
It has a cool name!
Very calm and tasty! I didn't know that,
It was a very nice encounter! Thanks for the food: ❗️

100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture
Polishing ratio 55
Alcohol content 16
Sake level - Acidity
Fat 4/27, drunk 5/7
Ginjo tuna (4/7)
The label is a spring-like rape blossoms.
The aroma from the glass was very clear and crisp with a subtle hint of ginjo aroma and I think a little gas 😊.
The sharpness was good👍
Delicious 👍
I'm already getting suspicious around this time 🤣.
It is a light, sweet sake, with a slight sourness, so the aftertaste is refreshing. I wonder what it would go with... it would go well with tonight's entrée, sweet kyarabuki.
Tokutei Kaimori Tokubetsu Junmai Yamadanishiki
Easy to drink with a sweet flavor.
There is a bitter aftertaste, but it disappears quickly.
Easy to drink and food goes well with it.
Good sake
Spring-like label, I feel like I buy it every year.
It tastes better than usual, probably because it was chilled to a crisp! I thought it would be more sharp and crisp, but it has a delicious freshness, like a fresh sake.
I paired it with steamed vegetables & a little chicken, but I don't think it goes well with light flavors. It went well with simmered bamboo shoots and stir-fried mushrooms, so I think it matches the flavor.
A sake that combines freshness and robustness. It is very tasty. I bought it for steamed vegetables, but it goes well with simmered bamboo shoots. It seems to go well with foods with strong flavor. ★★★☆☆
A hidden sake recommended by the manager.
Futtsu's sake brewery, Uchibo, may have a lot of sappiness. The ginjo aroma comes at the top, followed a little later by umami! Seafood is a sure bet. The sesame seeds on top of the plum crystals were a nice touch.
Mainly Yamadanishiki specification from a brewery that brews with Gohyakumangoku. It is a sake that wins various awards. While most spring sakes are made with cherry blossoms, the rape blossoms are refreshing and have a moderate sweetness.
