Junmai Ginjo Aoi" (Junmai Ginjo Aoi)
A summer sake from Higashi Kaizakari, which impressed us when we first saw it at last year's sake meeting.
First of all, it has a good summery gasiness. The first thing to notice is the moderate summery gasiness, with a hint of lactic acidity, white grape-like sweetness and Omachi umami.
It is a perfect summer sake.
Delicious👍.
☀️
It has a creamy sweetness like a dairy beverage, but with a slightly sticky sensation down the throat 🥛.
I thought it was different from the fresh label 🤗.
The royal sweet fruity!
The carbonation is not that strong, although there is a big pshush when the bottle is opened.
The alcohol content is 15%, so you can feel the strength, but it is balanced by the lightness of the fruity taste.
It can be served with rice as it has a smooth aftertaste in this line!
I strongly felt the melon flavor.
Recommended for people and occasions
People who like fruity sake
For people who like fruity sake.
When served with a meal, we recommend Japanese dishes such as sashimi, where you can easily feel the ingredients.
The wine was very vigorous when the cork was opened, but the schwarziness was quite subdued.
After that, it is sweet and delicious!
Looking at the label again, it is Tachiaoi!
National Sake Fair 2025 Day 2 ㊾
Chiba ⑥
Koizumi Sake Brewery in Futtsu City
Sake that you know the name but have never seen before
Polishing ratio 60%, Grain Sake, 15% -1, 1870 yen
Fruity and muscat-like. It is a modern type.
Cheeba-kun facing the front is cute.
I was so desperate to drink at the sake fair that I didn't have the time to buy the sake that is not available in Kansai 😅.
From last week's Sushi Matsuura, I had something I'd never had before: the second was Higashi Kaimori.
The second one is Higashi Kaimori, a sake from Futtsu. Sake from Chiba is becoming more and more popular these days. Kangiku is also popular.
This sake also has a classical name and character, but it looks modern. It seems to be popular.
