I purchased "Shiboritate" and "Nigori" from Koizumi Shuzo of Higashi Kaimori. It is a brand name of Higashi Kai only, without "Mori". I wanted to try them because Mr. Chesta had mentioned them in his review. I've been to the area near the direct sales place, but I haven't had a chance to go there often, and Hiro-san had tasted a lot, but I couldn't drink it when I drove there, so I ended up buying it online 🫣. The aroma is of rice and grapefruit🟨, with a hint of gas. It has a strong and delicious flavor, with a hint of grapefruit 🟨. The acidity is gentle, and it slowly finishes with a bitter taste. It is refreshing and easy to drink 🍶.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. The second purchase at the brewery is Masamune. This is the second Masamune I'm looking for 😁. I could drink it at the tasting corner, but it was also sold at the store. I am a proud Masamune hunter after all. I can't stop with the tasting 😤. So I bought some 😆. Now, open the bottle 🍶. The sweetness reminds me of peach🍑 or melon🍈. It has a rich sweetness, but the finish is light and not cloying 😚. Occasionally, there is a super micro carbonation 🫧 that is stimulating. Like it wasn't there at the time of tasting🤔. Well, it may have been a while since I opened it, and I am sure the super micro carbonation is what it really is: 🙂‍↕️ The flavor is rich and sweet all the way through, and the ginjo aroma tickles the nose😊. As expected from a gold medal winning brewery, this Masamune was a top-notch creation 😊. The third and fourth photos are of the exhibits in the museum attached to the brewery: ⚱️ To Kai Masamune is a brand that existed in the early Showa period 🤔. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ I bought this on a visit to a brewery😁. It has a light pink 🍑 color as it seems to have a peach colored yeast. It is an apricot type sweet and sour with a viscous sweetness and heavy acidity. The water throat feels sharp, and the balance between the viscous sweet and acid and the spicy throat is the best 🥰. Refreshing yet satisfying. ⤴️ I killed it in the blink of an eye, partly because it's low al 😅. I'm a bit of a grain-sucker. Grain Sukesuke, which became an extra frame due to the lack of photo frames. This one also had a refreshing apple taste and was easy to drink 😘. The last picture is of the museum attached to the brewery 🏠.

☀️ I like the picture of sunflowers 🌻. The banana🍌 type of light sweetness and bitterness at the end is impressive. I didn't take a picture, but they also had liqueurs, plum wine and yuzu sake, it was a tasting paradise 🥳. After we were satisfied with all the drinks, we went to the food and beverage corner in the building and had the specialty ❓Daiginjo ice cream 🍦😋. It is said to contain Daiginjo ingredients. I couldn't tell the difference between it and regular ice cream. Maybe my taste buds were ruined because I had tasted quite a bit 😅. The 4th picture is of the inside of the building taken while eating the ice cream 🍦🤳. After finishing the ice cream, it was getting close to time for our return bus 🚌, so we bought the drinks we wanted and headed to the bus stop. It was such a nice place that if it were nearby, I would have gone there for the free booze 😊.

☀️ Tasting from the end, I found an unusual label 🏷️. I'll definitely have to post this one 🤩. Is it set in Edo man and woman 🤔? I wonder who the model is ❓ etc. but there is not much information 😔 Yosaburo. It has a sharp taste with a hint of bitterness. It is dry and suits gentlemen well 😎. OTOMI It has a sweet and sour taste with a clean and dignified aftertaste. It is the type that can be recommended for ladies 💖. I would recommend this combination to those who like dry wine. I especially recommend it to those who consider themselves gentlemen and ladies 😁. I didn't know Koizumi Shuzo was producing such a variety of sake types 😌. It's fun to visit a brewery and learn about all the different types of sake 🤗.

☀️ After taking a train 🚃 and a bus 🚌 from Kururi Station, we came to our next destination, Koizumi Sake Brewery 😄. It's a magnificent building 😳. The parking lot 🅿️ is large, as the traffic is not so convenient. But there seems to be a lot of people who come here by car and can't drink 😅. I'll take the bus 🚌 so I'll have a drink 😁. There is a tasting corner on the left when you enter. You can drink almost 20 different brands "for free" and "on your own" 😍. What an amazing 🤩! I'll start with the president's top recommendation 🥰. Daiginjo This sake has won a gold medal and a certificate of excellence ✨. The sweetness and umami are perfect, with a great aroma and a subtle bitterness at the end, a model sake for awards 🍶. Shikon Sweet and umami as well, with a distinct bitterness at the end ☺️ Like Kangiku, the bitterness at the end is a characteristic of Chiba sake 🤔. Yume Kanae Beautiful label ✨. Clear sweetness and smooth throat, clean and unctuous, very easy to drink 😚. There are still more sake lined up for tasting 🍶. This place is a tasting heaven😇
