irst: A little bit of alcohol, tingling on the palate
Sei: Fine-grained effervescence that stimulates a more frizzy or fizzy sensation than schwarz
TURN: Shuwa melon
Conclusion: Aftertaste slowly fades away with a fizzy feeling
Easy to drink, but not too much.
Local Chiba sake at my daughter's dance competition in Makuhari. The sake was fresh and easy to drink. The yakitori was delicious and the waitstaff was wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised!

Taste and take home junmai sake highly praised by Rui Yoshida: ❗️
Junmai-like softness,
Light and fresh on the palate,
The fruity sweetness was surprising! This is really Junmai. ⁉️
And it won the award in the heated sake category, another surprise!
I'm looking forward to heating it up after the second day...
Good morning, Mr. Manachie!

Gentle sweetness and beautiful acidity, yummy!
Spring is often associated with sake that is tinted with the color of cherry blossoms, but at Higashi Kaizakari, Chiba, spring is also marked by the color of rape blossoms.
It was pumped directly by Sase Sake Shop in Inage, Chiba City. Although it is a fresh salmon, it is easy to drink with almost no fizz. It is refreshing, but has a subtle sweetness and aroma. It was delicious.

It's been a while since I've been to Kitashinchi, so I went to Toukai Zakari in Chiba. We opened a bottle of the raw sake and had it.
It is a junmai ginjo with a beautiful aroma and clarity, though it also has a freshness of the raw.
I paired it with deer sausage.
Delicious.
