This is my first visit to this brewery!
This time it's Atago no Matsu Junmai Ginjo from the Shinzawa Shuzo Brewery!
Let's start drinking!
First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
In the mouth, there is not so much sweetness, but a complex taste and a slight bitterness.
It is smooth from start to finish, giving the impression of being very easy to drink.
When served with a meal, the sweetness increases at the moment of drinking and it is very beautiful.
The complexity and bitterness are still there, so they do not interfere with the meal.
We were well healed by delicious sake this week!
