A sense of schwarziness when you take a sip. Green apple and greeful.
The acidity is cute, fresh and sweet.
Lactic creamy sweetness follows later.
It was served in a wine glass.

Winter CARP Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu ORIGARUMI 720ml
Rice: Hitogochi from Shinanomachi (90%), Hime no mochi from Shinanomachi (10%)
Rice polishing ratio 70%.
Alcohol level: 16%.
Seimasamune brought from Ueda. We had a feeling that it was going to be a big hit, so we put a pot stand on it and opened the bottle. Yes, the bottle was opened automatically.
We had a vessel ready and poured it immediately, so we didn't waste the sake.
But, it was very strongly carbonated with a lot of energy. Light sweet, schwishy, chili delicious 😋.
Next up is spring carp 😉.

I thought it tasted light, but a nice sweetness came later, and I thought it was interesting, so I bought it. It is made from glutinous rice, isn't it?
