Our family's guess Sei Masamune🩷. Test brewed this year with a new yeast from Nagano Prefecture! We have no choice but to try it! The lady at the store said it was low in alcohol and sweet. And she was right: ❤️ delicious 🙌! It's not too sweet, but has a spiciness and bitterness behind the sweetness that makes it a good mid-meal drink as well! Today, I was in a rush and had my usual menu: kalbi yakiniku, potato salad, and soy milk dashi tofu. And "makigai kimchi" 😍given to me by a sake lover 😍the harmony of the sweet and spicy flavor of kimchi and the sweet and spicy flavor of yakiniku sauce is exquisite 🥹I found that kimchi and sweet and savory sake go well together 👍. Impressions of the alcohol by itself are in charge of shinsaku3💕.

Overall 10 (out of 10) Seimasamune😋 featuring my favorite "glutinous rice hot brewed in four stages". Pekho-san found a brand with a delicious name called "test brew" 💡 and brought it home👍. According to the description, According to the description, "It is characterized by a gorgeous aroma and juicy sweetness, and was brewed on a trial basis in order to explore new flavors of Seimasamune. Delicious ❣️😋 Clear, clear, sweet impression that doesn't linger👍. I think the slight austerity that rises slightly in the aftertaste helps to tighten it up 😋. I'm going to buy another bottle tomorrow ♫🚗. I had it chilled. Paired impressions by Pekho 😅 Here are my personal impressions😅 Aroma Weak ginjo aroma Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum)  -Spiciness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste  -Sweetness: 4 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste  -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste  -Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0  -Astringency: 0 at the beginning → 1 lingering taste  -Rice flavor: 3 at the beginning→2 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel】→3 Smaller number = light and smooth Bigger number = thicker and richer (5 is the maximum)

The third Sei Masamune is a festive carp 🎆: ✨️ The lid flew off when I opened it! It's a very lively carp! The aroma is a mildly sweet apple 🍎. This is my first time to drink Junmai Ginjyo Seimasamune, I have never had Junmai Ginjyo Seimasamune before, but I can feel the plump sweetness of the mochi rice more strongly from the flavor and aroma than from the taste! It has a very fine texture, and the freshly-opened, shuffling texture on the tongue is very nice and refreshing ☺. It is more refreshing and crisp than anything I've had before, and the ease of drinking makes it perfect for this time of year. ✨️

The holidays are here 😃. And finally... Visit Zenkoji Temple at least once, even if it's far away. ❗️ My wife and I went to get power from the temple. Praying in the solemn atmosphere We got power... After eating buckwheat noodles... After taking a bath in the hot spring, we had a quick sake tasting set 😆. Mizuo Tokubetsu Junmai, a little spicy and umami 👍. Kitamitsu Junmai, clean, light and beautiful 🎵. Sei Masamune Junmai Ginjo, best balance of sweetness, umami and acidity 😊. No, all of them are delicious 😊. I love Nagano sake more and more ❤! My wife, on the other hand, concentrated on eating... double or triple Oyaki apple pie? Or was it triple? Or was it? 😅 Nagano trip to the fullest...we concluded that we will visit not once but twice or thrice 😊.

There are so many Masamune................................... A fresh aroma like freshly cut apples with a sense of effervescence. A sense of schwarziness when you take a sip. Green apple and greeful. The acidity is cute, fresh and sweet. Lactic creamy sweetness follows later. It was served in a wine glass. Delicious! 4/5 stars for my favorite.
