Good morning, Yochi-san. I have never seen Nishikawa by Igarashi Sake Brewery before. Is it a barrel sake that looks like it was brewed in a wooden vat made of Nishikawa wood?

I am sorry for the delay in replying, Mr. Nochi. It was the first time I saw it too. I thought it didn't taste much different, but I wonder if it was a wooden vat, I'll drink it carefully when I go back. 🙇‍♀️

At Unaichi in Shin-Tokorozawa A sake brewery that moved from Nakatsugawa, Gifu to Higashikawa. I've been drinking here and there lately, and it's my favorite. I think this was my first time 🤔. Elegant, sharp and delicious!
