Hometown tax return gift from Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
It has been a long time since I drank old sake. The aroma is unique and fragrant.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel its sharpness and unique flavor. It has a whiskey taste.
It's good to drink something like this once in a while.
The manager of the restaurant was not available that day.
The waiter will tell you all about it.
Specializing in onigiri (rice balls)
Pork miso soup is also recommended!
I drink it with meat and potatoes 🍶.
One more thing!
There was a magnum bottle of Rainfall!
The oli was stirred well and poured well again!
Nigori-zake, this is delicious 😋!
It's fire-aged, but it goes down a treat in the mouth!
Great selection of sake!
Let's come back when the manager is around!
When I went outside, the temperature was still over 30 degrees Celsius!
Has Hokkaido turned into a subtropical zone?
(extensive knowledge of Japanese language and culture)
Alcohol 14%.
Rice used: Harumi from Isehara, Kanagawa Prefecture
Polishing ratio 50%.
Sake degree -4
The specs were written on a piece of paper attached to the back of the bottle.
I didn't notice it.
This is a different version of Amezure, a souvenir from my recent visit to Daisen. I haven't had a chance to drink the tazake yet, so we take turns drinking it, but I can't really tell the difference 😓 It's a bit more classical for Amezure, but it's totally easy to drink. It really is a little bit classical.
It also has a weak aroma, which is unique to Amezure. I think the more sweet and sour the brand is, the more fragrant it is 🤔.
The photo is spring water from the Aburi Shrine underground passage. This is how Amefall is brewed.
◾️ rainfall
Best for the first drink.
◾️ rusty cat rock ao
Gutsy! Good with fried food.
◾️Fukkai
This is delicious! Sake from Hirado, Nagasaki
◾️Instrument Masamune
Stable taste and freshness!
It was all delicious.
When I asked for a recommendation for a sweet and sour tasting sake, this was the one that was introduced to me. I also like many sakes from Kanagawa such as Matsumidori and Zanzou Horai, and I like hard water brewing, so my decision was made immediately.
As the title says, it is made with Rinko Acid 77 yeast, which is said to produce a lot of malic acid. Hirasen also often brews with this yeast.
I am ashamed to admit that until now I did not really know what malic acid tasted like, but I think I actually quite like it.
I've always said I wasn't good at pineapple or apple-like sake, but I guess I liked apples... I'm not sure anymore... I guess I still have a lot to learn lol
I was surprised when the cork blew out the moment I opened it. That doesn't mean it's shrieky, but it's very tasty, especially on the first day, with a subtle petite mouthfeel, similar in taste to about the second day of abe...
The minerality is one of the strong points of this sake, and the way the "hardness unravels," as the manager put it, is brilliant. The bitterness is also very natural as it is almost astringent. If you are looking for a sweet and sour type of sake, this is a must try!
🍶🤓.
First of all, the bottle is cool❗.
Fine gas and fruity aroma👍
Citrus? Grapes? Melon?
Just the right amount of sweetness, sourness and gas 😊.
I had no idea about this drink but it was much better than I imagined!!!! My favorite 🤗
6 days later
Still has a nice gassy feeling ✌️
Delicious sourness🤗🤗
I've been curious about this rainfall for a while: ❤️
There were 3 types in the store, and after much hesitation
I got this one, which is a secondary fermentation type in the bottle.
The POP at the store said it tasted like muscat.
But I got it in a cloudy state with a bit of orikashi, which made the milky flavor stand out 😊.
This is probably every girl's favorite 😁.
Dear Jay and Nobby, Good evening😊.
Rainfall, you were wondering 😁.
I heard there are only a few stores that carry it, so I was lucky ✨.
Yes, many men seem to like it too 😊.
(My husband says it's delicious but not his favorite 😢)
