Sake rice: Harumi
Polishing ratio 50%.
Slightly sweet on the palate. Easy to drink.
I ordered it because the visual was different, but I didn't realize it was the same Amefall that I had enjoyed before.
Refreshing fruity aroma of green apple, lime, pear, etc. and citrus-like acidity.
Toward the latter half of the bottle, there is a slight sweet aroma derived from rice.
The first impression is juicy and sharp acidity, with a light and refreshing mouthfeel and a crisp finish.
I think this one is a must for omatists.
What is interesting is the subtitle "Mizuno-ryu #02". This is the unique brewing method of the toji, Mr. Masanori Mizuno.
It is soft on the palate, but with the thickness and lingering aftertaste only possible with raw sake, and the sharp minerality derived from hard water brewing lurks in the back.
Rice used: Omachi rice (90% polished rice)
- The rice is not scraped off = the umami of the rice is strong.
- You can feel the fullness and wild richness peculiar to Omachi.
- Low alcohol (8%)
- Easy to drink but not watery, juicy & concentrated.
- It is light and easy for people with low alcohol tolerance to try.
- Natural red yeast
- Slightly pink in appearance 💕(rosé-like)
- Characterized by berry-like acidity and lactic acid mellowness derived from the yeast.
- Second fermentation in bottle
- Natural bubbles like champagne.
- The slight effervescence enhances the fruitiness and sweet-sourness, making it refreshing and gentle on the palate.
I was curious about this sake because of the liquor store's introduction! The bottle is cute.
The aroma is mild, the sweetness is mild, and the aftertaste is acidic. Delicious and easy to drink with a meal!

Rainfall Afuri DEWA SAN SAN
This one, too, is the opposite of that? I thought it was the same. I love "rainfall", but this one is sharp and bitter, a little bit different from my taste... 🤔.
I guess not all rainfall is good? I'll leave this as a reminder.
It's so hot every day, I hate it!
On days like this, I want to be refreshed...so here is Ringo-san🍎.
Combined with Yamadanishiki, it's fresh yet elegant ❤️, but it also goes down dry, so you can drink as many glasses as you want. Ahhh delicious🤤.
I have been waiting for the right time to drink it ever since I got it. 🥰
Sharp and fruity acidity produced by malic acid 28 yeast 😌.
The aroma is subdued and the taste is clean and dry.
Chill it well in the fridge and when you open the bottle, it comes shrieking and is great to drink in a wine glass. ☺️

Rainfall Afuri KASUMI
My "For some reason, I always drink pink sake when I find it..." series 🤭🌸.
The red yeast of Amezure that tastes like a candy ball that I have come to look forward to every year.
I was able to drink it again this year😋.
The aroma and sourness of this product is the same as that of apples,
It is made with apple yeast, so the aroma and sourness are just like apples.
I have come to like sake more and more.
