For a moment, it seems like magic ink, but it is not spiky.
The aroma is somehow familiar.
The mouthfeel is clean and slightly tingling.
The taste is a succession of light sweetness, chemical bitterness, and sharp acidity.
The sweetness is moderate, but the taste is moderately delicious.
Taste: 3.5/5
Almost no aroma. When served cold, the crisp acidity of the sake is impressive. As the temperature rises, the umami increases and the acidity becomes gentler. Personally, I prefer it at room temperature.
I was curious about this 🍎 after reading your post the other day.
From the bottle label and other information, I'm convinced it can't be bad with Usunigori's microbubbles and dry acidity😊.
It didn't disappoint with a fruity apple flavor and a little sweetness and acidity that was delicious 😋.
This is my first time drinking rainfall, I want to try the others. The bottle also looks nice and classy ✌️
I wish I hadn't bought it though. Because it's too tasty and it will be gone in no time 😅😅

Yum 😋😋.
I drank it last time in the rain and it was so good I bought some more...
I bought some more and put it down...
It's time to go 😍🍶✨✨
Yamahai‼️‼️
Omachi‼️‼️
Double malted rice‼️‼️
Like a noble sake😊🍶✨✨
Sweet 😊.
Full of life😊.
It's a winner 🤣🎯🎯🎯.
It's the first time I'm drinking rainfall at home... ♪
It is 90% polished rice with a very characteristic, deep flavor and mild acidity. I had never heard of mizumoto, so I searched the Internet and found that it seems to be a method of making sake that has been handed down since the Muromachi period (1336-1573).
The color is yellowish and the taste is unique, but it is a perfect food sake. Tonight we had hand-rolled sushi, and it goes well with horse mackerel sashimi from Odawara! I'm sure I'll keep drinking it.
I find it has a more subdued flavor when it is slightly closer to room temperature than when it is fresh out of the refrigerator cold. The label says it can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures from cold to hot, so I'll try the rest of it hot after tomorrow 😍.
Oh, it was delicious ❗️ Thanks for the treat 😋!
Hi Jay & Nobby, ☀️ I've been busy drinking awamori on my trip to Okinawa for the past few days 😆 sorry for the late reply (excuse) 😅 It's a brewery in the prefecture but it's not sold in my neighborhood, so next time I find a different bottle I'll buy it immediately ‼️
