Looking at the memo about forgetting to post 😓.
I don't feel the acidity of rainfall so much, it tastes a little dry and tightens up if you drink it ginormously chilled. It's good as a mid-meal drink because the flavor is not too assertive.
Rice: Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 60%, Sake meter: - Acidity: - Amino acidity: - Alcoholic strength: 15
Yeast: No.6 yeast
The aroma is unique.
I felt that there was something chemical like perm solution or hair dye used in beauty salons mixed in with the aroma and taste. I can't stop thinking about my neighborhood hair salon from the beginning to the end 😂If you can separate that from the flavor, it has a herbal green vegetal taste and a fresh bitter sour taste similar to white grapefruit.
The gassiness is nice and lively, and although it weakens a bit in the second half, I was able to enjoy it all the way through to the end.
As the alcohol and gas gradually evaporated and weakened, the unique aroma faded, so I wonder if it would have been better to leave the lid open for a bit when storing it 🤔.
Hi Kotori 😃
A drink with a unique aroma 🍶, I'm sure the aroma would bother you😇.
If you go to the waiting room of a beauty salon and drink it, it will simply taste like fresh bitter acid 🤣.
Hi Hiro, good evening 🐥.
If it's an ingredient used in beauty salons, is it close to sulfide smell? I wonder how it would have been if you tried to warm it up or shake it... force the gas and aroma 😅 for sure! It might have canceled it out and you could have simply tasted the fresh deliciousness 😂.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🐥.
It was a bottle shaped like this so it fit nicely in the door pocket of the fridge!
Shampoo hat 🧴 too nostalgic 〰︎🤣I used it so much that it started ripping from the inside and became loose and graduated 😄.
Today I went to Isehara on a business trip and was curious to buy this at Yoshikawa Brewery in Amezure 🎶🤤❔🤔 I asked the brewery if they had any limited edition 🎶🤤 and they said "No limited edition, but this one was just released today and if you drink it you will be the first person in Japan to drink it (lol)". I was happy to buy it, but I wonder how many people in Japan drank it in the end.
I'm sorry for the long preamble, but I'm going to have it now 🙇 I was a little nervous to have it because HinaHanaMama had already made a comment about being a challenger 😉.
Let's start with the aroma of the supernatant 🎶✨️ and you can also smell the slight sweet and sourness and a little alcohol 😉.
In the mouth, after the schwash 🫧, it's bitter-sweet but firm and certainly has its quirks 😆 but I think I like it 🎶🤤.
I'll mix the lees ❄The aroma is still calming ❄✨️
In the mouth, it is still round, acidic and bitter 😉I can't remember now, but I think I had a similar sake... ❔🤔It's a little more clearly outlined 🍶It's a long story, but I think I like it 🎶🎶.
Good evening, Pika-chan😄.
I'm sorry, I took the liberty of asking for a challenge 😅Did you feel the habit? I only have such a taste of seedlings 🌱riceps🌾...💦But I'm glad it's a spring sun you like, Pika-chan. ❣️
I know this is not to your liking: ⁉️
Good evening, HinaHanaMama!
I was nervous to drink it because I bought it before you asked for a challenger 😉 Drinking alcohol is good for each person to feel 🎶.
I will keep referring to your comments 🙇😋.
Rainfall today.
Was there a bit of a buzz in the sakewa a while ago? Rainfall spring sun.
The rice is low-protein Shunyo, and the milling ratio is 70%. When I tasted it carefully, I found that the aroma was fruit? The mouthfeel is quite fresh, with a strong fizziness, and the fruity sweetness is sharp and clean.
Eh, isn't it quite delicious 🤭?
I didn't feel the bamboo 🎋 nor the grass 🌱 😂.
Amezure is having a dispute with AFURI, the ramen shop, over their trademark (in my opinion, the perception that the ramen shop is the more difficult one), and I think they are going through a lot, so in that sense, I want to support them✨.
Good evening, Mr. Shikatarou 😃.
Oh....you finally drank 👍I see! You finally drank it 👍I see! I'm glad you enjoyed it though 🤔I'm glad you didn't feel it was too bamboo 😊They had some trouble with the overflow, but there's the Oyama Aburi shrine there originally.
Thank you ichiro18 ✨I guess I was pretty prepared for it, but I was betrayed in a good way 😆, it's so delicious 😁, I think it's perfect for the hot days we've been having lately👍.
A record of sake drunk in Kanagawa on a business trip before the Bon Festival.
Yoshikawa Brewery is a sake brewery in Isehara City. They brew their sake with famous water from Mt. Daisen in Tanzawa, and their recent representative brand is named after Mt. They seem to have had a trademark registration dispute with AFURI, a ramen shop...
A mellow, dry brew with a fresh acidity even though it is dry. I remember I drank a little too much.
⚫︎Rice used: Dewa Sanbai
⚫︎Polishing ratio: 65
⚫︎ Alcohol level: 16
When opened, the bottle has a strong effervescence 🫧🫧🫧🫧The upper tier has a fresh, chemical-like aroma that is not fruity. When you drink it, it is dry with bitterness and no sweetness. It is dry with a bitter taste. The aroma is banana-like, and a slight sweetness is detected. But the bitterness is strong 💪I wonder if this is called bitter 🤔🤔I wonder if this is bitter champagne 🍾 Hmmm... The taste is hard. Maybe it would be better to leave it for another day. ☹️The dishes are yellowtail and squid sashimi, spiced chicken curry, fried bitter gourd with sweetness for some reason and dry ◎Yamagata dashi, tea bean, pickles 🫧 On the second day, the fizziness is still there 🫧 sweetness appears and becomes easier to drink, Cream cheese basil, salty mixed nuts ◎May be good to leave it for another day or two 🤔.
Next was Gin Kura, which I hadn't been to in a long time with an acquaintance after a get-together.
It had been a really long time since I had a chance to go there, but the manager welcomed us warmly. 🙋
First, we had our first drink, Amezure.
It is a brand that appears frequently at Sake-no-wa.
It is made from Dewa Sanzan and the water has a hardness of 150.
Is this a dry sake?
When you drink it, yeah! 😱.
Isn't it gorgeous? 🎉!
The balance is also very good!
This is delicious!
I see why it is so popular!
Very tasty! 🎉
