A unique sake with a label that doesn't look like food or drink. Let's leave the name at this point.
The aroma is subdued and clean. It is not sweet, but the thick acidity gives it a clear flavor profile and juiciness. It is more enjoyable with strong flavored dishes, but personally, I can drink it on its own.
First, heavy alcohol and a little zingy acidity. A little bit of apricot bean curd comes to mind.
The acidity is strong and the alcohol leaves the nose early, and sweetness is also felt.
After this, it will be aged at room temperature.
Alcohol content: 17
Kakehashi
Rice polishing ratio: 55
The aroma does not stand out much.
It is a clear, dry sake with a slightly acidic flavor, but in a good sense, it has no distinctive characteristics.
It has a strong alcohol taste, as is typical of the original sake, so it will appeal to those who like it.
The label designed by Yoshiki Takahashi is eye-catching.
At 17° alcohol by volume, it is a rather dry sake, which is a bit high for recent sakes.
It has no peculiarity and a slight acidity...it is a sake that people who have been drinking sake for many years would like!
