Aged type Ingredient rice: Yamae-Nishiki Aged for 3 years
Rice polishing ratio: 60%, Sake meter value: +15, Acidity: 2.0
Between light-bodied dry and dark-bodied dry
This is the first aged sake I've tasted. Because it has been aged for 3 years, it has a thin, jasmine and nutty aroma like Shaoxing sake, and is dry.
When heated, the aroma softens and the flavor becomes stronger and easier to drink.
Smoked cheese went well with it. Might go well with aged cured ham or salami.
Also, this aroma would be good with lebanilla.
Thank you for the delicious sake 😊.

I think it was an unashamedly good gift.

It has a rich aroma and sweet taste 🍶 It has a strong assertiveness, which is just right for me.
And the price is reasonable (lol). 1500 yen range is a bit surprising (o.o.)
Slightly yellowish hue. Slightly oaky, with an aroma like that of honjozo sake. In the mouth, it has a fruity and sweet ginjo-shu feel, but half of it has the strength of a honjozo sake. An interesting sake with a bit of a quirk.
By the way, I heated a small amount to try it out. I think I prefer it cold.
It has a strong acidity that makes your tongue chatter the moment you put it in your mouth, followed by a refreshing sweetness. I don't think I've ever had such a strong acidity in sake. It is thick and thick like amazake, but it has a low alcohol content (6°) and is not too sweet, so it is easy to drink.
As I like sakekasu amazake, I can finish 600ml in no time.
Junmai Namaishu 🍶An evening like this... Raidori ✨Miyamanishiki from Shinshu🌾.
New sake and matured sake comparison at the "Yuku Sake Kuru Sake" party at Jizakaya Kodama 😆 The new sake was a bit sharp and tasty with a bit of a kick.
The new sake is a bit angular and has a nice schwa flavor, while the 2017 aged sake is surprisingly fresh✨. A bit of bubbles spouting out. Aroma of rice and koji. Dry taste. Delicious 😋.
6 different kinds of sake to compare with Chodama style henkannabe 😆.

This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. This sake is wonderfully dry, easy to drink and delicious! The flavor is ideal: moist at first sip, smooth down the throat, and settling into dryness at the end. Thank you for another great sake encounter today.
KUROMATSU Senjo Junmai Ginjo Light nigori Nama-zake Shirauto
1,750 yen (4-unit bottle)
The second bottle on the trip to relatives is here! We asked them to choose a few bottles of sweet and juicy and CHOICE this one for the Usunigori lovers!
Dissolution is popped and fired ‼️ It's light nigori and looks delicious 🤤 The first attack is shwashy, sweet and juicy and tasty. It's a bit more fussy than the Saku, and many of my relatives guessed Saku, but I enjoy it. ‼️
