4/16 at Takato, Ina City
Purchased at the old sake brewery, which is open only during the cherry blossom season at Takato Castle.
It was a valuable experience to see the inside of the historic brewery.
Fairly sweet sake with a sake degree of -17 degrees.
Mellow and fruity sweetness and aroma, but not at all cloying, with a hint of acidity that settles nicely at the end, which I quite liked ✨.
It is luxurious, but you will not get tired of drinking it and you will be able to enjoy it.
Good evening, Kurumafu-san. The photo of the snow-covered mountains in the background with the cherry blossoms in full bloom was so beautiful that I was glued to the wall 😊I can understand why they open the brewery only during the cherry blossom season 🌸.
Hi, Hirupeko! It was a very nice place with cherry blossoms everywhere you look, cherry blossoms🌸 and the Alps in the distance! I was also able to buy some local sake and I'm very happy: ✨️
Purchased at a local liquor store, it was hard to find even in my hometown of Nagano, so I was allowed to taste it and buy the label.
It had an honest and clean taste with no peculiarities and a little sweetness.
The use of Miyamanishiki gives it a dry, refreshing taste with a clear throat.
Because it is directly pumped, it has a gaseous and fresh taste. It is ideal as a food sake.

The ripples of such a night moon are the whereabouts of a mountain woman. Kuroshozenjo, according to a friend from Nagano, is quite famous.
I bought it at Kawashima Sake Shop when I went to Miyagi. Two members of the sake rice research group are from Nagano. It seems to be quite famous in Nagano.
It has a dry taste like Miyamanishiki and goes well with fish. I think it should be higher in the ranking, but Nagano is indeed a strong region.
