Lovely mountain spirit Okojo's etiquettes. Celebrating 100 check-ins with a local sake from Shinshu!
Sweet and fragrant with a gorgeous muscat-like aroma, it has a fresh mouthfeel and a lightness that makes it easy to drink. This is a bottle that shows off the Shinshu character very well!
At the usual restaurant
First we got a fresh cut 😃.
Gorgeous aroma, tartness and a little bit of a shriveled feeling
It is full of spring freshness with
The Okojo on the label is white with shiny silver ✨beautiful😍!
The side dish was Gindara saikyo yaki (roasted silver cod)
Junmai-shu, locally produced in Takato, Shinshu. 100% Hitogokochi sake rice produced in Shinshu. Dry and powerful flavor reminiscent of Senjodake in the Southern Alps. Good intoxication.
I bought it at Nagano station before my trip to Shibu Onsen (hot springs) 💨.
I'm so glad I was interested in Kuroshosennkozo. ☺️ I was drawn to the animal packet 🦉.
The moment you open it, it has a slightly sweet melon-like aroma as described 🍈.
The moment you put it in your mouth, you'll be surprised by the sweet-swirling taste 🫧.
However, the aftertaste is so refreshing that it doesn't taste bad at all.
I would say it is a good quality cider for adults 🥤.
It was so useful that I drank it every time I took a bath.
I want to try other animal packets 🐻.
Year-end party, bring-your-own project No. 7, expanding the area a bit from Hokuriku to Nagano. Senjo-san, I think it is quite big in Shinshu, but I don't see it in Ishikawa. We bought it at Shinshu Osakemura in Shinbashi.
I've had a lot of Yamae Nishiki, but this is the first time I've had this one. Is Shinshu sake a mountain sake? I think it is so broad that it is difficult to summarize as "mountain sake". It feels gorgeous, like a daiginjo, and has a surprisingly ricey feel to it. It is delicious.
GI Naganosake.
Memo note after a long time
KUROMATSU SENJO Junmai Ginjo Shinshu Ina Valley Hitogokochi HANAMISAKE Nama
I thought I didn't like this sake very much when I drank it right after opening it, but when I put it in the chilled room with the air out and corked it, I drank it again the next day and I liked it very much! It's a wonder...I'll remember the cute label of Okojo!
It is said to be Okojo, a forest fairy, from Kuromatsu Senjo's animal series!
What does this junmai ginjo-shu made with Hitogokochi from the Ina Valley in Shinshu really taste like?
It has a fruity aroma.
Delicious! The description says it has a full flavor, and that's exactly what it is! I loved this one: ‼️
What other animal series do you have?
I want to try another one. ‼️
