Shinshu sake today, on a night like this,,, drink: ‼️ Last spurt of Shinshu Sake Month The aroma is slightly grapey 😋 The flavor is very strong! The flavor is so strong that you can't taste much sweetness. It's also good in hot pot and teriyaki chicken, so it's excellent as a food sake👍Dry, but recently the ones for food are running out fast😅. Well, you can't beat Stubborn 😆 It's just my preference 😆. Tsuruchu 🤣.

Found by chance at Kobe Hankyu. You don't see much Kuromatsu Senjo in Kansai, do you? On a night like this.... I'd like to try it, but the liquor store that carries it is mainly one bottle, and it's a hard place to get to 🤔. It's light, sweet and sour. It's a refreshing summer sake with a grape-like sweetness. It also has a strawberry taste.

☀️ This is a label 🏷️ with a "don't look at me" kind of swallow. Comes from a clean pear🍐 like sweetness at first, with bitterness at the end. Deep in flavor but easy to drink😊.

Yamame" Junmai Ginjo from Kuromatsu Senjo in Takato, Ina City, Nagano Prefecture❗️ The aroma is a subtle sweet scent of ginjo❗️After a sip, the taste is mild, followed by a touch of astringency❗️And then a fruity ginjo aroma escapes through the nose❗️❗️A good sake for a mealtime drink⭕️

Kuromatsu Senjo is a recent favorite of mine. I tried the Junmai. The aroma is modest, but it is full and delicious. Good cost performance.
