I thought I didn't know about this sake, but Kuromatsu Senjo was the brand I drank at Sendai Ami two years ago!
I thought it was dry, but this sake also had a fruity acidity!
Nagano sake is very interesting 🤔.

Rice used: Shinko sake No. 555 (Yamamizuki)
Polishing ratio 39
Sake degree -6
Acidity 1.6
One of the recommended bottles
The aroma is light and slightly acidic.
The taste is -6, so you would expect it to be very sweet, but it is not that bad with some sourness and bitterness.
Delicious!
Junmai Ginjo Nama, Miyamanishiki from Ina Valley, Shinshu, 55%, 14%.
Sweet and refreshing aroma like pineapple. Light sweetness and fruity acidity remain.
[Give me a big dobrok 🛐]
Hometown tax return gift from Ina City, Nagano Prefecture.
I ordered a set of two 600ml bottles to drink a lot of doburoku soda👍.
It is 6% alcohol by volume even if you drink it as it is, so it is not too much to say that it is non-alcoholic when you mix it with soda (lie 😁).
It's a very tasty 😘 drink as is, but the doburoku soda with a little bit of strong carbonated water is the best 😍!
We had a total of 1.2 liters and it ran out quickly 😭.
I want a bigger one 😄
Closed today: ✌️
Shoulder training at the gym in the morning 💪🔥 (strengthening it immensely).
Our fridge is puny so no trip to the liquor store 😁.
I want seafood today 😉.
Go to the fish shop 🚘️((((((((((( and boom!
I found 🧐 octopus cubs are so rare!
I regretted not buying squid chichi the other day, so I want to get this guy when I come across him: 👍️
Now, what to drink for dinner 🌀🌀🌀
First time drinking Kuromatsu Senkozo🍶 "Yamamizuki🌾".
Beautiful mouthfeel.
Not much of an aroma.
After the sweet and tasty juiciness that spreads in the mouth, it has a nice sharpness with sourness and a little bitterness. ✨️
boiled octopus roe with vinegared miso, edamame and okra
grilled young corn with miso cheese
fried small shrimp
scallop sashimi
sea grapes
I think Japanese food is good 🎵
I'm going to escape from reality for a while ✈.
I'm going to work hard again from tomorrow 😤.
Hello, Minosuke 😃.
Your shoulders 💪 and fridge 🍶 are both full 😁.
Congratulations on your colorful labeled first black pine senkozo ㊗️ in such a situation 🎉The full army of snacks looks delicious again 😋!
Slightly sour, with a strong acidity.
Slightly naturally sweet and thick, but with a clean aftertaste.
Easy to drink, partly due to the fact that it has a strength of 6.
I like the taste.

This sake has been aged for 5 months in the brewery.
When the bottle was opened, there was not much fizz, but gradually the lees began to rise slowly and gently from the bottom of the bottle, and over the course of about 10 minutes, it transformed into a pure white lees sake.
The taste was light, with a strong nama-shu flavor and just the right amount of sweetness.
It was as if the sake had been laid down for a long time to be ready for this time of the year.
A good sake.
It has a calm and rich aroma with no sharp edges. It also has a fruity and gorgeous flavor due to the fact that it is a pure sake.
I had it with Shinshu salmon sashimi.
It is a dangerous combination, but a very good one.
Sake rice is Hitogokochi produced in Shinshu.
