Very nice sharpness to go with Yakiton and skewers. And it's freshly opened, so nice gas. You can drink it like water. You have to think carefully about this kind of combination!
This is my first time to try Kuromatsu Senjo from Takato Town, Nagano Prefecture. The name gave a classic image, but the modern label is promising.
The taste is refreshing, with a moderate sweetness and a strong acidity. It has a core flavor and a dry aftertaste. It is a good drink, but it is not too assertive, so it is excellent as a food sake.
My favorite rabbit sake. Instead of my favorite "Ni-Utsu", I opened a bottle of "Shiro-Utsu" from "KUROMATSU SENKYO".
The aroma is pleasantly fruity and gorgeous. The taste has a juicy flavor and acidity that spreads in the mouth. When stirred lightly, the white rabbit jumps around in the bottle.
This is a wonderful sake that you can enjoy both in appearance and taste. I definitely want to drink this bottle again next year. Delicious: ‼️
