Black pine marten (Martes melampus)
Odorless. Slightly sweet. Soft and refreshing. Weak bitterness and numbness. Calm and refreshing. This balance in this direction is quite interesting. Also, the label is stylish.
Purchased at a sake brewery.
It is located in a large rice field a little down the road from Takato Castle, famous for its cherry blossoms. The sales floor is a large space with old tools and sake, doburoku, and amazake neatly arranged.
The annual opening of the brewery, which used to be held every year, has been on hiatus since Corona. No wonder.
Gentle sweetness. Between fruity and classic. I have the impression that it is a well-made sake. Shinanotsuru's Stubborn is close to the atmosphere. The level of Shinshu sake is high.
Seasonal Play Sake, Kingfishers
Refreshing acidity makes it easy to drink like a dry white wine! Good chilled!
With this, we have conquered 4/5 of Kuromatsusenjo's Seasonal Play Sake series! The swallows I have yet to try are from spring to early summer, so I'll be back next year.
Interesting that they are the same brand but have completely different flavors 🍶✨.
It has an apple aroma and a full-bodied sweetness and umami flavor on the palate.

Black Pine Senjozo's Night Owl direct-drafted nama sake!
It has a clean mouthfeel, and when you take it to the back of your mouth, you will feel the swishy, slightly fizzy and fruity taste on your palate.
It also has a cuddly aftertaste and looks good before or during a meal!
I got it at Kuze Shoten.
I would buy it again.
Good morning, WOM 😊.
Yes, it is. According to the website of the Nagano Prefectural Agricultural Experiment Station, it is characterized by its "late maturity, which avoids high-temperature ripening failure and leads to a diversified cropping season in paddy rice management.

It is said to be a very valuable sake.
Kuromatsu Senjo R5BY test brew sake polished 39
There are only 300 bottles of this sake. But my uncle has 18 bottles in his store.
It is said to be made from a new variety called Yumemi-nishiki, and even my uncle, who has been a sake shop owner for decades, had never tasted it before.
I tasted it and it tasted wonderful!
We will drink it at night, but I was so happy that I put it up first.
I'm looking forward to the night!
It's been a while since I've had sake. And drinking at home✨
The nose has a cool, refreshing, fine fruity aroma on entry. In the mouth, it rides on a light mouthfeel, with a mix of sweetness from the rice and soft, rounded acidity.
The finish is round and refreshing, with just a hint of bitterness.
Delicious.
I have the impression that many so-called "summer sake" are intentionally lightened (i.e., thinned) for seasonal reasons, and I haven't bought any in the past few years, but this one has a nice fullness in the mid-palate and a sense of volume in the lightness.
However, it is still a bit "watery" when drinking it, so it might be better when the temperature is higher! It is a good wine.
In the summer, it's best to warm up your stomach with heated sake in an air-conditioned room! I personally think it would be better to drink heated sake in the summer, but I don't think that kind of environmentally unfriendly thing is going to be popular in this age 😆😆.
Good evening, Yasu-san. I may not drink much summer sake either. Summer is also good for heated sake ♨️ 😆 because it's delicious, like Tamagawa's heated icebreaker 😋.
Hi Hirupeko, good evening 🌙I guess we don't drink much summer sake anymore! I've never heard of heating up ice breakers 😆 I guess there are other ways to enjoy summer sake as well. I'll give it a try!
