This was my first Koganezawa, a gift from someone. It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from Gohyakumangoku, so I had an image that it was quite refreshing, but it tasted just as it should. But it also has a strong umami of rice and is easy to drink without any peculiarities 😆 It is easy to pair with meals and I was off in no time 🤣. It was easy to match with meals and we finished it in no time 🤣.

Koganezawa x Haginotsuru 　This sake is a new attempt to create a new taste by adding Haginotsuru's koji to Koganezawa's mash. 　Haginotsuru's koji to Koganezawa's mash to create a new taste. 　Enjoy the taste of the two brewed in harmony. 　Please enjoy the taste of the two brewed in harmony. I am very much looking forward to it! (I haven't had Haginotsuru yet...) Now it's time to open the bottle ✨🥂✨. Fruity aroma with a little bit of alcohol Fruity aroma When you drink it A strong acidity, sweet and sour The taste is rather robust. Koganezawa, which I have liked since drinking it at DATE7. I got it because I was attracted by the bottle with a diamond? I got it because I was attracted by the bottle with a diamond embedded in it.
