Miyagi Expedition Spoils of War
Sendai Station Mutoya
It is an easy-to-drink sake with a fruity aroma, a little sweetness and acidity, and no cloying taste.
We enjoyed it with shime saba (mackerel) and shabu-shabu (swordfish) nabe.
It is a delicious sake that goes well with tofu, leeks, mushrooms, marronnies, etc. while eating.
Koganezawa, a gentle Yamahai
Omachi spring unpasteurized sake
When opened, it has a strong sweetness.
Slightly bitter and chocolatey!
After a smooth finish
The acidity that seems to be from Yamahai is spreading.
It is also good when heated or cooled.
Fruitiness like peach spreads.
Fruity, umami and full-bodied.
Exposition.
Koganesawa Hitomebore Brewery
Sake from Miyagi Prefecture. I tasted it because it had the word bru attached to it. Maybe this bru is not that bru, but delicious enough? A light muscat.
3.9 ★★★☆☆☆☆
I didn't give it a 4.0 because it's not my favorite, but it's pretty good.
I like it as a mid-meal drink.
I like it as a mid-meal drink. It's dry with a good umami flavor, so it goes well with food.
I think it's really good! I thought it tasted really good.
However, the richness of the original sake is not something you can drink all the time!
