Sweet aroma of lightly ripe bananas.
The texture is fresh and light.
Along with the orangey acidity, there is a hint of koji-like aroma.
The umami is soft but firm,
The umami is soft but firm, with a moderate sweetness.
It goes well with oily food.
A good food sake.
4/5 stars for my favorite.

Today's sake is Koganezawa from Mutsu Province (Wakuya).
It is a little dry and refreshing!
But it has a strong flavor.
It is good for occasional use,

When served cold, the aroma is of rice, alcohol, and a slight pear.
When lukewarm, the aroma is less alcoholic and the sweetness of the rice becomes the main aroma.
The sweetness remains strong on the palate, but the aftertaste is more refreshing, and the acidity is reduced.
It is delicious chilled, but it is best served lukewarm, so you can drink it as much as you want!
The aroma has a very nice melon flavor.
It tastes like a fresh melon before it is fully ripe, and its gentle sweetness seems to go well with refreshing dishes.
Although it is lightly nigori (lightly cloudy), it is not heavy and can be drunk easily.
