This was my first Koganezawa, a gift from someone. It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from Gohyakumangoku, so I had an image that it was quite refreshing, but it tasted just as it should. But it also has a strong umami of rice and is easy to drink without any peculiarities 😆 It is easy to pair with meals and I was off in no time 🤣. It was easy to match with meals and we finished it in no time 🤣.

Junmai Ginjo🍶Brut✨Hitomebore🌾 from Miyagi Prefecture. Gentle and easy to drink. ☺️ Good balance. Well balanced. It is as easy to drink as water when paired with corn kakiage (deep fried corn). It is a great complement to salmon. Hateful guy who makes you eat more 😅 Umi to @Takadanobaba 20230810

Koganezawa ✖️ Haginotsuru Sweet smooth sour spicy. Comes on slowly and gruffly. It has a strong aftertaste, but it is a food sake. Not flashy at all. Good junmai sensation. 85 points. Sweetness: 2.7 Acidity: 2.6 Dryness: 2.8 Aroma: 2.5
