We started this year's drinking at the wife's parents' house and with the standard all-year-round local sake 😊. It's more classic than modern, with a soft mouthfeel and a mellow flavor that spreads out softly 🤤. My brother-in-law and I finished the four-pack in no time 🤤. Delicious at a wide range of temperatures and a candidate for our next camping sake 🏕. Personal rating 7.5/10 points

I wasn't aiming for it, but it's the third Aizan in a row😅. This is my first time drinking this sake, but the liquor store recommended it to me 🍶. This sake has a slight sourness at the beginning and then a crisp sensation 🤔. I wonder if this sourness is because it is Yamahai ❓🤔. This sourness and the crisp and refreshing feeling is very well balanced and very tasty 🤔. It is very useful as a food sake 😋. Well, I didn't know about this sake, but I'm glad I bought it 😊.

I had been curious about this brand for a while. It was said to have "a fruity sensation that bursts in your mouth" but I didn't really feel it. It is said that the brewery specializes in Yamahai, and this one also had a Yamahai-like feel to it. When heated up, it was like a classic. It was not my favorite.

This time it is Koganezawa. Sake from Miyagi. This time we went to Kappoan Matsukura near Senbayashi shopping street. I was surprised to find Koganezawa here, which I enjoyed last year! The color is a little yellowish. The color was a little yellowish, and the taste was clean and gentle. But as I drank more and more, it gradually developed a gentle banana-like sweetness, It goes well with yellowtail sashimi! It was a pleasant sake with a clean, smooth sweetness. Matsukura is a wonderful restaurant where you can leave the pairing to the food💕. Among the delicious from start to finish, The 12 different small appetizers were too good to be true. We started to order more and more drinks other than those paired with the dishes, I was so drunk I didn't even take a picture 😅. We had a great time with the sake blending. Oh, I drank too much 😆.
