I missed out on buying this sake last year and was able to obtain it for the first time this year. I had high expectations for this sake because it is one of my favorite brands.
When I poured it into the glass, a moderate aroma of maturity rose to the surface. It has an elegant aroma of rice, like that of koshinko, and a strong smell of alcohol, even though it is a pure sake (17%).
The taste is mildly sweet and spicy. When cold, it is refreshing and crisp, and you will never get tired of drinking it.
As the temperature rises slightly, it becomes more mature and even more delicious.
For snacks, we served it with stewed pork cubes. It matched the matured taste of autumn sake.

Mom and elementary school students are on an overseas expedition, so I took my two junior high school sons and my mom's parents home for a bullet trip (even though mom is not here 😊).
We also went to Okazaki Sake Brewery😌.
We bought some items there as souvenirs and had this for the evening. This is the first time I'm having it.
