Tonight, I opened a bottle of Asamatake at home, which I could not drink after yesterday's Mt.
The appearance is a shining crystal. The aroma is of refined rice flour. The taste is full and sweet, followed by spiciness and bitterness, with a nice sharpness.

I got Katsuma safely 😆👍But it was a daiginjo 💰 and it was expensive 😵and I had to buy 2 other bottles 💦I have a tokugin at home so I was torn but I went with Katsuma because Genmai is also available in Tochigi 😉👍

The sake I have had in the past was still hard and unopened right after it was sealed, and its true flavor was revealed after 2 to 3 days had passed, but this sake was delicious right after it was sealed.
The sweetness is felt at first, but the acidity follows later, making it a very crisp sake.
