Tsubu-chan, howdy 😃. I can imagine the route you took to visit liquor stores on your Nagano trip 😄 We are Junmai, so it was +1 bottle 🤔 I know it's annoying to tie up +2 bottles after buying a lot 😅 but getting it for Katsuma: ‼️ great 👏!

Thanks again, Pon-chan 😊. I got Katsuma safely 😆👍But it was a daiginjo 💰 and it was expensive 😵and I had to buy 2 other bottles 💦I have a tokugin at home so I was torn but I went with Katsuma because Genmai is also available in Tochigi 😉👍

Asamatake" is my personal favorite brand. The sake I have had in the past was still hard and unopened right after it was sealed, and its true flavor was revealed after 2 to 3 days had passed, but this sake was delicious right after it was sealed. The sweetness is felt at first, but the acidity follows later, making it a very crisp sake.

First Asamadake. This is a new development of Nagano sake. I went to my favorite liquor store I went to my favorite liquor store to buy other Nagano sake, He suggested to me, "This one just arrived today. He suggested that I should try this one. There were two kinds, but I chose this one. Now it was time to open the bottle! The aroma is fresh, but the alcohol content is 17%. But it has 17% alcohol by volume. It is the heaviest type of sake we have had in a long time. But you can feel the umami of the rice. It is also a nama-shu, so it is not heavy and bitter. It was drunk at a good pace. Price: ¥1793 (720ml)

Daiginjo-shu 🍶✨ from Otsuka Shuzo, a small brewery in Nagano that brews Asamatake. I was in Nagano in the fall and happened to see this brewery near my friend's house, so that's why I went there. (Although they were surprised that it was early in the morning on a weekday😅laughs) The brewer told us that the quality of the Daiginjo was at the level of the exhibited sake, but that he didn't want to release it, but wanted it to be enjoyed with a meal as well as for customers to enjoy a luxurious evening drink. The taste is very gentle, with a soft aroma and sweetness that spreads and finishes nicely 😌 Yum! It's delicious ❗ This brewery uses hard water, which is rare even in Nagano, so maybe that has something to do with it, but it has a gentle strength to it! Thank you for the encounter 🙏❗I will definitely go back ❗
