The nose has a sweet banana-like aroma and a lactic acidic rice aroma.
In the mouth, a light nigori (light nigori) flavor is followed by a refreshing cider-like sweetness and a slight umami flavor. After that, a melon-like aroma appears and persists until the end. At the same time, it finishes with a pleasant acidity and a slight tanginess on the tongue. This sake is like an easy-drinking, refreshingly sweet version of Sancho.

I went to Kumamoto to visit a sake brewery and bought this sake.
It doesn't have much aroma, but it has a subtle fragrance.
It has a moderate sweetness, moderate acidity, and a nice crispness.
I hope they will expand nationwide like they did before.

This is a locally-distributed sake, though the company's nationwide brand is Sanchi.
It's a bit hard to open. It's a bit sweet, but it's not cloying, so it's not sticky, maybe because it has a bit of acidity.
