I came here to drink this! We got it early because it was sold out last year and we couldn't drink it. Aromatic and gorgeous aroma, sweetness of ripe fruit, crisp with acidity, and tightened with bitterness! A delicious handsome sake!

I finally opened the one I bought just a year ago at the Kumamoto game. It has a strong bitter taste and really smells like flowers. It is interesting because it tastes like no other sake.

I felt that this bottle was a rich expression of the current owner and farmers of the town of Wasui, Tamana County, and the local terroir. Local water, rice, pesticide-free, fertilizer-free, wood-based, yeast-free, and traditional sake brewing is the very taste of the land itself, isn't it? I just don't know, but I would like to drink a lot of sake with a particular taste!

One day during GW, I went to Yamaga for breakfast. It was an all-you-can-eat set meal of rice topped with an egg 🥚. I ate a lot of 🥚 in the morning, as 🥚 was also used in the small bowls of the set meal. On the way home, I stopped by the Hana-no-Kou Sake Brewery. I had plans after that, so I bought some cherry blossoms and sundries here at the store and left right away. On the first day, it was kind of hard? It didn't have much sweetness, and I felt a strong al feeling! On the fourth day after leaving it alone, the sweetness that seems to be the fragrance of the flowers came out and it became delicious 🥰. But it feels spicier than usual 🤔 this lot is a bit spicy 😁.
