Before going to the Kinkasan booth, we decided it was time to get something to eat, so we decided to check out the restaurants that were open at the event.
Since it had been 2 hours, some of them were sold out and some were clearing out, so we didn't have much choice...
We each got in line at different stores, but the one Nemuchi was in line for was sold out halfway through, so we both ended up eating the same thing.

Sweet, fruity and juicy. The lingering aftertaste is slightly sweet and bitter, but finishes cleanly. Delicious.
The label is stylish, as if it was designed for the overseas market. There are also white yeast rice, banana, etc., which I am curious about...
From the gentle aroma of pears and apples, the sweet and sour 🍓🍒 fruitiness fills the mouth 🥰 It has a strong sweetness, but the light sake quality and acidity stand out and neutralize it well.
The finish is wonderfully balanced between cute and refreshing. With its silky gasiness, this is a sake that you should not drink too much of, just like a juice.
The third picture is an event information of Utsunomiya, although I am worried about the effect of rain 🤭.
I like that Tochigi Prefecture has the top level of sake in the whole country. ......... Oops! I'm not even going to complain to Kotori-san... 😇
